A good quality item(cast iron frog for my garden water feature), well packaged and speedy delivery. Although I didn't need customer services it's good to know that Rhiannon, the customer services manager, is always on hand to help. I have recommended this shop to friends and family and I will be shopping here again.

I have just dealt with Clare in your customer service helpline who was absolutely fantastic. I received an order of a table & chairs set which was missing a base on one of the chairs. Clare empathetically shared the news that there would be a 7 week lead time for the next shipment (of which I had already waited 8 weeks for the delivery). Clare went the extra mile and sourced a separate chair set and ensured they would be with me ASAP. She had a personable yet professional approach and her great customer service has probably ensured I would return to BCMW for future business.
