First class experience with British Ironwork Centre. From first telephone enquiry with Sue, to follow up with Holly and then finally with Emma to provide my thanks. The item ordered 'Jemima Puddleduck' was made to order for a present. It arrived securely packaged after the stated amount of time and the recipient was extremely happy. Perfect service - would highly recommend.

I love the hare that I bought. It's exactly as described. I haven't found a home for him yet, but it's so well crafted, has an antiqued look and is solid, and customer service from Rhiannon was very good.

I would have given no stars if that was an option. Appalling service. No update for 3 months. Didn’t reply to an email enquiry within 5 days. When contacted by phone said they had supplier issues. I would think twice about using this company.

I haven't purchased anything as I didn't get a response from customer services when I queried the care instructions on a garden arch. This item is large and intended to have a climbing plant grown on it. Yet the care instructions suggest it needs to be painted annually and brought in during bad weather. Same with garden lighting. I really don't believe having repaint garden items annually or bring them in during bad weather is very practical or possible and I would suggest it's not fit for purpose if it's necessary. That's said, it's a pity as it would appear the items are well made and attractive and I would like to purchase them.

I was delighted with the 3 items I bought recently (2 brushed bronze stags and 'Chical' spotted doe). They were just as I imagined and now stand proudly in my garden. The workmanship is outstanding. Delivery was perfect and quick and the packaging very thorough

I've recently bought one of their two seater wrought iron garden swings. I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship and the value for money - especially given the price of a good quality wooden equivalent. It was a 60kg item that was particularly securely packaged with each section well protected. The paint finish looks pretty good too, but time in the now extremes of British weather will put that to the test. ThIs was a near seamless buying experience that would have been perfect if I'd been provided with a tracking number for the delivery pallet. Whilst the pallet company did initially phone me to arrange a delivery day, there was a one day delivery delay and having the tracking number would have helped communication. It turned out that Black Country didn't have that info either, so perhaps this is something they could improve on. In spite of the tracking incident I think they still deserve 5 stars.

We bought the Mary Poppins weather vane and it exceeded our expectations of quality. Great service and we’ll definitely be buying from this business again. Rhiannon was great throughout our whole experience of purchase :)

The helpful telephone call with Sue Ford after having difficulty with the payment system on line (she looked into that and immediately realised the problem) secured an order for a male deer. Sue was informative, friendly and the ordering experience excellent. The courier kept us informed of delivery time and was accurate with his time of arrival. The actual product is amazing, beautifully crafted, so life like, well packed and the recipient was over the moon with her birthday gift.
