After waiting for more than a month, I got the message that my order would have been delivered while I recieved nothing.
Now, almost 2 months later I still don't have any product and I'm waiting on a refund. They keep inventing reasons to delay the refund, trying to push you in accepting a small discount. I'd never order here again.

Complete scam company.
Fake Ai images
Clothes were terribly sized
Multiple items were nothing like the image on the site.
Waited four weeks for package to be sent, at this point I asked them multiple times to cancel the order. I was ignored multiple times. Package eventually arrived 8 weeks after placing the order. Company refusing to refund the items. Was offered a 10 discount off next order. Laughable company do not use.

I received the wrong size and the label as been cut! I just send an e-mail to see if if they will refund me...

Do not buy from this seller. Received item but clearly the wrong g one they even sent me a picture of yhe label on yhe bag which was clearly not the label that I revieved on the bag. Sent numerous pictures but will only issue me a full refund if I return the item to them to China. They will not pay for yhe return postage and as it is clearly there mistake why should I loose more money to them. Absolutely jokers please do not buy amythink from them totally scammers

Ich warne jeden ausdrücklich dort zu bestellen.
1. Lange Lieferzeit.
2. 3x Dessous bestellt, 1x zu klein, 1x eins zu groß, 1x ganz falsches geliefert
3. Qualität unterirdisch. Nicht zu vergleichen mit Orion oder Eis Ware zu ähnlichen Preisen.
4. vom Rückgaberecht innerhalb von 14 Tagen gebrauch gemacht, beim Support antwort: ich soll Fotos von jedem Artikel, der Verpackung und den Labels auf der Verpackung schicken. Ich freundlich dadrauf hingewiesen das es gegen geltendes Recht verstößt. Ich brauche weder Fotos senden noch die Orginalverpackung. Tagelang nichts. Ich bitte um eine Rücksende Adresse. Kommt wieder bitte Fotos senden, diesmal nur von den Artikeln. Habe ich dann gemacht. Wieder Nix. Zum Glück mit Paypal bezahlt. Streit Fall eröffnet siehe da es kommt eine email schließen sie bitte den Streit Fall dann können wir ihnen eine Rücksende Adresse schicke. 😅. Natürlich nicht geschlossen die können sich einen anderen dummen suchen. Pay pal holt mein Geld zurück und hab noch 25€ Gutschein bekomme von Paypal nicht vom Verkäufer! Die letzte abzocke die Produkte sind China billig Ware ein Ärmel länger als der andere und Nähte sch**ße. Als alles rund um Sch**ße. Normalerweise bin ich sehr zurückhaltend mit negativen Bewertungen. Aber bitte bestellt dort nichts.

TLDR: poor quality tatt, no return process available, offered 10 then 20% refund to drop the return case. Still fighting for a refund.
We ordered 3 items from BKKKB.com after being bombarded by facebook ads.
They took an absolute age to come. I emailed customer support and got a reply in broken English. When they eventually arrived I picked them up from a local locker and took them home for my wife to try. Despite following their weight based size guide (I'll never forgive myself for missing this giant red flag) the fit of the outfits was very poor, as was the quality and they smelt horrendous. We immediately mailed customer support to ask for a return label. We were told the return process was under maintenance!? I told them to refund me whilst they sorted their maintenance. They said they can't until the items are returned. They offered me a 10% refund and I keep the tatt. Told them no and raised a dispute with PayPal. They then offered my 20% and to keep the tatt. I'm still fighting for a refund.
