Absolutely terrible. Quick to take your money, but make it extremely difficult to withdrawal your winnings. Even when fully verified (ridiculous requests i might add) they will randomly request proof of deposits with details that arent provided through banking apps ~ name, acc#, time & date stamps all on one page. Very poor "support". Would not recommend, its the worse online casino ive ever played on.

I really can´t understand some people writing here that much bad. Dylan the manager, always was very, very kindful and helped at ever problem. I m really not a gambler, but within two weeks I ve won twice on the average off a thousand Euros, and there was no problem, nor in payin or payout. The verification process works well and fast, and the delay was just on my side because of using the false form and kind of documents (no scans).

My experience with Bizzo Casino was extremely disappointing.
After I won a large amount, they first claimed I had a duplicated account. I proved this was false and explained I had no access to support, which forced me to open another account.
Once that excuse failed, they suddenly changed their story and claimed my winnings were from bonus money, not real funds. This is simply not true. I deposited real money and my screenshots clearly show real balance only, no bonus active.
It’s very concerning how the reason changes every time one claim is disproven.
Unfortunately, it feels like when a player wins big, they do everything possible to avoid paying.
Be very careful before playing here. I wish if I could upload evidence here specially from where it says bonus balance $0.00 and real funds $163,801.1
