Most Excellent!
Great pricing. Great delivery time. Excellent customer service. They've been great so far. The only problem has been a bit of a lack of stock BUT probably it's cause I want the bitz everyone else does!

Imho, it's the best "bits dealer" in the web...the prices are fine and the times to dispatches are minimum.
The most popular bits gone away at the speed of the light,but its a common problem
If in the 2012 the restock will be twice, brace yourself for epicness :-)

Great service - shame about the stock levels - never seem to have what I want available and the email notification this is a bit of a pain in the bum!

stock issue
well you guys are good if we have a few bits to make a model but not enough to make a full one but most of the stock you have is 'out of stock' please restock about 85% of the site and make more bits on the site so everyone can get more if they feel like it

I'm afraid this is a common problem with all the 'bits' sites on the Internet and not just us. However we aim to double the restocking in 2012.
Remember the most popular items sell out within minutes every time they are restocked too so make sure to use our great features such as automatic email notifications when items are restocked.
We would prefer reviews to be for our customer service and not just about stock levels.
