Bitzbox Omdömen 

as the title says, i've ordered from them several times and their service is excellent, fast delivery and never had a problem dealing with them at all

I have ordered several times from the company in question. I have always found their website layout great, quick and simple to use, the checkout was fine as well, no complicated links sending me back and forth between different companies.
The delivery has always been fast, my order arriving normally by the second day. My main problem with the company however, is that they have so many bits on offer, but so many of them are out of stock, for example, in the Secret Weapons Bits sections, they have a good size range of bases on offer. But only 1 of them is in stock. Or under forge-world, space marines, terminators, they have 49 different products. but all of them are out of stock (see attached Photograph)
This can cause problems for people like myself who go tot he website in order to collect a large number of different bits for a single model or two.
To conclude, great products and service, but more stock is needed to keep it constant.

having decided to do up some conversions, I scoured bits sites to find the pieces i needed, my usual bits site seemed to have run out of everything including the kitchen sink! so I tried Bitzbox, the order arrived with 2 days on the order! Very Quickly! so I will definatley be using again!!!! just keep those bits sticked!!!

Items were pack and despatched on a Sunday and delivery was received on Tuesday morning after a Saturday evening order placement. Will certainly use again.

Not only the selection of bitz available but the prices too make bitzbox one of my go to bitz sites. Delivery speed and price plus the condition of parts is excellent. I honestly cannot fault bitzbox.

Incredibly quick service. Ordered something and had in on my painting desk two days later. For an almost non-existent delivery fee thats unbelievably good.

They also regularly update which bitz they've restocked on Facebook and email you if something comes back in, two services other companies don't provide.

So easy to get the bitz I need. They get to me in great condition within a pretty frickin good timeframe. I've only used Bitzbox a couple of times now, but I definitely plan on using it a lot more in the years to come.

Been using Bitzbox on and off for a few years now, predominantly when an idea for a conversion jumps into back of head. Always found the service to be fantastic, with the bitz arriving at most 2 working days after placing the order, even at the ungodly hours of the night.

The only issues that come about are little ones such as being a little hit and miss on the availability on the bits available (then again imagine it would take alot of work to get the new arrivals up) but despite that there is a fantastic range available, including the fairly sizeable non GW conversion bits from likes of maxmini scibor etc

But overall a really great service.

My order was processed quickly and correctly and my package arrived quicker than I expected. I did some internet searches to find out what bitz company was best and Bitzbox got great reviews and they did not disappoint. Odds are I'll need to place another order soon, and I won't hesitate to order from Bitzbox again.

easy to use website (the whole remove out of stock products thing is clever) fast efficient, there was a mistake with my order but he sent me out the right parts no problem no qiubble so i still rate stars even though he made (easily makeable) mistake over differant types of tau drones

Used a few times and always have the bits arrive quickly. The ability to set notifications for specific parts is also useful, as well is the premium service to reserve parts. Overall, excellent service. Would recommend.

I've been purchasing bitz from bitzbox from when it started as one of the first to offer this service. Since then I've returned over and over again, due to the quick delivery and low prices. The response time on inquiries is amazing, as is the support. I've even been able to specify specific heads for 'random model' bitz in a very smooth manner.

What they could do better? Higher prices on highly demanded products to ensure more stocked items!

Quite extensive offer of bits, fast delivery and notification. It is also very appreciated to have offers and discounts in shipping as buying parts is increasing the value of each item.

The only thing to improve, is to have more active stock, but I understand this is a general lack of all the companies of this type.
