I travelled from Cardiff to visit Birds4U, and honestly, I was very surprised in a good way. The shop was neat, clean, and well organised. The birds looked healthy, active, and happy, and everything was well maintained.
The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was helpful and professional. I purchased a bird from here and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend Birds4U to anyone looking for healthy birds and a trustworthy place.

Not very helpful, didn't seem interested in helping me. Difficult to engage with. I wouldn't recommend this place

I bought a canary from this shop. When I brought her home I realized she had an upper respiratory system illness. She was lucky I caught it in time. I found out that my aunt bought an African grey from this shop too. Unfortunately for her it was too sick and passed away.

I wouldn't recommend this shop and would advise people to stay away

Bit confused on the Quaker I bought yesterday form birds4u they told me to put vitamin drops in the water it's around 4 months old but don't know why I have to they didn't explain why

Lucky they can’t have less. We paid extra for hand tame Quaker parrot but omg it’s wild as can be!! Place needs shutting down!! Out of pocket and conned by them. Wouldn’t let us have the bird we chose either!!

I travelled 111 miles to buy my Quaker Parrot. It was ferrel. Just plain nasty and untrainable. Please think twice before getting a parrot that's not hand reared or very. This wasa very bad decision only part.

Please do not make the same mistake as I did when looking for a hand tamed lovebird. I was sent a video of the bird so decided to pay them a visit. The 'hand tamed' birds were in the same flight as all of the other birds. The bird did seem to be tame and sit on a finger. There is one reason why - IT HAD IT'S WINGS CLIPPED. The owner knew this bird was for my teenage son, so needed to be very steady, it isn't. Please find a reputable shop or preferably a breeder direct. This shop only takes cash, you have to wonder why?

Bought a ring neck here a week ago for him to be terrified of everyone would just sit in is cage at top, eat n drink when needed but just sat quite. Not a sound from him
Just over a week old and we found him dead in bottom cage 😞 after a lot of research n stress thinking it was something we had done wrong, we realised we most likely just bought a sick bird for birds4u
I would strongly advise people to stay away, they need reporting and closing down

Unfortunately my bird became unwell due to stress, lovely man has replaced our bird and it’s a very clean shop, various different birds available and my mum wants to buy herself a green ring neck too very happy I have my new bird. The shop owner even stayed late as we was stuck in traffic very friendly service would recommend

Absolutely awful. Only cash payments and try to make excuses over not giving receipts. We bought a 4 month old Indian Ringneck which died 2 weeks later! Tried to blame us for a small cage yet we were recommended it from their staff! Then tried saying IRN parrots weren't for new owners yet we have owned birds for years. Had we seen the bad reviews, we wouldn't have come there! The bird was happy, eating/drinking plenty and playing with toys, next morning it was dead. Do not recommend, only cash grabbers.

I brought 2 Myvay T shirts, 1 is ok but the black colour T shirt is not good after 1 wash

Avoid at all costs I was sold a supposed 3month old hand reared alexandrine. When it was terrified its not tame at all.i have seen repeatedly people having the same problem now with birds. they don't care about them they just care about the money and once you've paid they stop communicating with you. animal welfare needs to get involved with these .

Avoid at all costs! Parrot will die within a week or two! Mistreated animals there scared to death..wish I sooner read the comments to know to avoid,was going to make a complaint that day but left and playing on my mind for sure.. these are animals that need love and care.They are NOT receiving it.They know this, As they only take cash payments of course! Don't be a fool like myself!.I bought one that sadly died cause the diseases she was filthy and only just a baby and had to pay further vet bills for my other parrot after the passing just to make sure he was ok as he bought from a loving pet shop that came with certificates, real forms and confirmation. Nothing from this shop at all they had no clue!Man was whacking a net around for fun no patients,they had no idea gender of the parrots no care just whacked in a cage and sold for money like a market not like a pet shop.2 separate prices for hand tame and none tamed even tho not 1 was tamed in my view as a parrot lover.They're all kept in the same cage regarding what they are and over crowded for sure.Staff are Ignorant and you won't receive a refund at all not even a percentage back..just there to abuse in every single shape and form!,Needs to be closed down not even assessed ,clear to see what's going on here👎

I'm a professional in the bird world and was not impressed with either their marketing or their premises. Anyone offering to courier parrots unseen to clients should immediately be under suspicion.

Bought a blue Quaker 4 weeks ago and he recently died. Took care of it as much as I can with food/water and cleaning and 3 weeks later it began to show signs of tiredness and then eventually died.

i brought 1 sweatshirt and 1 hoodie, hoodie sleeves are bit bigger but still ok

Good clothes latest design very good hoodie and T shirts,

They have a bad reputation for selling all people dying birds.
They only accept cash and pay staff in cash
The makemstaff woek like slavez and treat them bad,
They are based in Stratford road
They have no manners and we're not educated in this land.
