Self-exclusion breach – lost €2,000 – no response
BillyBets allowed me to continue gambling after I had requested self-exclusion due to gambling addiction.
Not only did they fail to block my account, but they also continued sending me promotional offers to gamble.
As a result, I lost €2,000.
I have contacted them multiple times requesting a refund and explanation, but they have not responded at all.
This is a serious breach of responsible gambling policies and player protection.
I strongly advise others to avoid this platform

Ich hatte leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit BillyBets.
Mein Konto wurde am 20.11.2025 lebenslang gesperrt (Selbstsperre wegen Spielsucht). Trotzdem war mein Konto später wieder zugänglich, ohne dass ich dies beantragt habe.
Dadurch konnte ich erneut Geld einzahlen:
21.02.2026: 25 €, 35 €, 35 €
22.02.2026: 20 €, 20 €, 23 €
23.02.2026: 30 €, 28 €
Gesamt: 216 €
Das hätte niemals passieren dürfen. Genau dafür gibt es eine lebenslange Sperre.
Bis heute habe ich keine klare Erklärung bekommen, warum mein Konto wieder geöffnet wurde. Auch meine Anfrage nach einer Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nicht beantwortet.
Der Support antwortet zwar, geht aber nicht wirklich auf das Problem ein.
Sehr enttäuschend, da hier Spielerschutz nicht ernst genommen wird.

Extremely Serious Player Protection Failure
My account was permanently closed on 20 November 2025 due to gambling addiction (lifetime self-exclusion). Despite this, BillyBets reopened my account without my consent or any request from my side.
Because of this, I was able to deposit again (216 EUR), which should never have been possible. This is not a simple issue with terms and conditions, this is a clear failure of player protection.
To this day, BillyBets has not provided any explanation as to how or why my account was reactivated. I also had to request my win and loss statement multiple times without receiving it.
As a result of this situation, I suffered a relapse and now have to return to therapy.
The case has already been handed over to a lawyer.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. Player safety and responsible gambling measures do not seem to be reliably enforced here.

I tempi indicati rappresentano il normale periodo di elaborazione, ma in alcuni casi possono estendersi se sono necessari controlli aggiuntivi prima della finalizzazione del pagamento. Questo non cambia il fatto che per il giocatore l’esperienza debba restare chiara e lineare, e comprendiamo il tuo disappunto per la mancanza di aggiornamenti.

I’ve tried to withdraw my 90€ and support said that I’ll need to wait 96 hours to it be processed. I’ve waited that time and suprisingly in the night that withdraw request was CANCELLED!???
I’ve contacted live support immediatly and they said ”you have cancelled it by yourself”. WHAT AN ACTUAL !????

Tried to withdrawal 500€ 2 times, both times it got canceled after 4 days and customer service blamed me for canceling it, even tho im trying to get the money on my bank account. Customer service was really slow with answering and looked like they dont care about the issue. In the end, the guy or a girl named "sandra" just left the chat and left me hanging.
Funny thing is that withdrawal gets canceled after 4 days, what is this websites "manual withdrawal processing time", so it is really really obv that the canceling happends from their side, and not my side. In my opinion there is few options here: either this casino site does not have the money to pay me, and they do this kind of delays until people lose money to this website, or then they have a huge techincal error.
Worst website i have ever placed bets, to be honest. Getting blamed for something i have not done. If you are reading this, you dont want to play on website like this.

Brutally slow at withdrawals, customer service advise withdrawal will be reviewed with 4 business days , fastervpay out casinos elsewhere . Cant even close the account as you've to take forever waiting on a customer service agent who then simply advises to send an email. Thanks for reply Billybets consistent in doing nothing. Avoid unless you want to wait 4 working days before withdrawal is reviewed then expect account verification then resubmit withdrawal request...minimum two weeks to get a withdrawal. Avoid the stress.
