I dropped in on a Sunday looking for a Crafter that was advertised. I was welcomed with a coffee and Tasmin arranged to get it in for me to view. The van was exactly as advertised and my request to remove the racking was carried out without a problem. I dealt with Tasmin all the way through the purchase and she made it an easy pleasant experience. I would use this company in the future for any other van deals in need in the future without hesitation, many thanks.

Bought a van from here 4 months ago and paid £13,500 for van, it came with a 6 month warranty and I paid another £500+ to extend the warranty for another 12 months, the van has now developed a very serious steering / suspension fault, I have gone through the warranty company and have an active claim but there is not a single garage in Bristol that will accept the warranty repair, they have all said the warranty company haven't paid them in the past and they aren't prepared to accept it therefore I need to pay upfront and try and claim the money back from Momentum, in terms of the repair nobody can get to it for 8-9 months waiting time so now the van is off the road and totally unusable for the next 8-9 months until the repair can be carried out, we are losing thousands of pounds every week having this van off the road, if you choose to buy a van here bare in mind the warranty is useless and get your own inspection of the vehicle done so you don't get stung the same way we have.

UPDATE : Momentum have booked the vehicle into yet another garage who cannot get the vehicle on their ramps so the repair has been cancelled, more wasted time and money, their warranties are worth precisely zero, if something goes wrong with your vehicle be prepared to 1. Pay for it yourself as Momentum have been accused of not paying garages 2. Arranging the repair yourself at some considerable time in the future 3. Losing a considerable amount of money by having the van off the road for a potential indefinite period. £13500 van bought 4 months ago now off the road and cannot determine when or whether it will actually be repaired

UPDATE : The van has been inspected this morning it has a failing steering rack and major suspension faults, highly dangerous to drive £3500 job to fix Vauxhall part only and the back order time is approximately 12 months, totally unable to drive as the van is now prohibited from road use. £13500 van 4 months out of this dealership £500 + extended warranty that doesn't cover this. This has now destroyed my business. Be VERY careful buying anything from this dealer as it has cost me thousands and thousands of pounds to end up with nothing.

UPDATE : the van has been inspected by VOSA (it was sold to us 4 months ago with a brand new MOT) it's now been prohibited from ANY road use and has to be recovered by trailer the repair bills just to make this vehicle road worthy is in the region of £3500 part of the work is underway but we are now taking legal action against BIG VAN WORLD for selling a vehicle unfit for road use and as a result a huge loss of earnings claim is also underway along with Momentum Warranties for fraudulently obtaining money by deception. The MOT on our particular vehicle does not seem legitimate and we were VERY lucky not to have a fatality using this vehicle due to the serious defects. However the loss of earnings are so substantial that now it's a case of a full court case.

Reply : I stand by my review and there is nothing defamatory about it at all it is all based on pure factual comments backed with evidence, the van has been off your forecourt 4 months and is unroadworthy it has been off the road a month now costing us £850+ a day in loss of earnings my review is simply warning people to meticulously check the vehicles they purchase from you as I would never want anyone to experience the hell that I have gone through buying this vehicle from yourselves, you have no idea the impact that this has caused on my business, my family and my life, I have had calls from withheld numbers threatening myself and my family with violence unless I removed my review - these have been reported to the police, I would welcome any legal action you chose to bring against me for telling a truthful and factual account of my experience of buying a van from yourselves, you have also failed to submit the logbook from the point of purchase which leaves you liable in other aspects. My review is 100% truthful and will remain until resolved or refunded for the warranty and compensated for parts and labour
