Customer service Bullies

I requested to redeem the $2,150 I won. You can only redeem $1,000 at a time. It took 2 days for them to email letting me know the information I sent to verify my account needed to be in PDF format. I sent it AGAIN. It took another 2 days to inform me they want me a picture of the front and back of the debit card I used to purchase a package. Keep in mind they did not need this information when they took the money from this debit card and I was not redeeming to the debit card I was redeeming to my bank account. I informed them that I used a cash app card and it's virtual. I sent screenshots proving it was a cash app card it had my name on it and it was virtual. I received several emails saying I needed to provide that information. I replied to all of them with the same information it is a virtual card I cannot take a picture of the front and back but I have sent you screenshots of the virtual card. Customer service started to reply with these really snotty rude incredibly demeaning emails. Though I'm explaining to them that this is something I can't do they were replying with "here's a helpful hint when you're repeatedly asked the same thing over and over that means we need the info we are asking for" " Autumn as per our previous emails we are requesting pictures of the card number....." " Why are you still emailing without sending the correct information, we asked for" and so on and so on this went on repeatedly for 3 days. I had to find a another way to contact customer service get a hold of a supervisor explain to a supervisor what was happening with the virtual card and that's not the card I'm redeeming on so you don't even need that card and why are you see your customer service rude. The reply I got was, " Autumn we are waiting for a response from our kyc team, so until we get that there's nothing we can do for you" the next day when I had no reply to that email I again had to take a different route reaching out at that point they decided they needed a financial statement from my cash app account. However this is how it was worded. " If it even really is a virtual card through cash app" I wish trust pilot would let you post screenshots because the messages I received from this customer service was astounding it literally left me speechless numerous times I cannot believe the unnecessary attitude the rude Ness and complete unprofessionalism from numerous customer service agents this wasn't just one person. I finally received confirmation that my redemption had been approved and it would take 48 to 72 hours for the funds to reach my bank account. That was Monday morning it's now Wednesday night I still have not received my redemption. I've played in several online casino never ever have I been treated or talked to the way big shot games customer service spoke and replied to me. And they all say it will take 24 to 72hrs for funds to be available after the redemption is approved I don't ever recall waiting longer than 24 hours. And since I have to go through this nightmare two more times to redeem my full winnings it's literally going to take about two and a half weeks to receive the money that I won. I will not give this platform another penny I will never return to this platform I do not recommend stay far away from Big shot games. Whoever is training these customer service Bullies needs to be trained in customer service

trending bad behavior

as I'm reading the reviews there's definitely a trend in bad behavior and poor and rude customer service. I am still trying to redeem 600 I made my first purchase almost 2 weeks ago and won it's been hell trying to get my winnings I too got the email saing I needed more verification but I was fully verified by there kyc app I useca virtual card so I dont have to put my physical card online I seht screevshots they want a bank statement since the purchase is recent. the statement hasn't generated yet so I sent a screenshot of the purchase they won't accept either and there chat people are rude enail is ignoring meuuggh this too much

Stay Away

I just want to share my experience with this site. So I signed up on this site like two days ago. They provide 2SC for signing up. I was able to turn the 2SC into 100SC, so of course I redeemed. I did the kyc and it was verified. So I used my Mastercard to receive the redemption but I got an email from support telling me that I had to use a Visa card and that I need to verify my proof of address and provide a copy of the card used for purchase on their site. Kyc is the proof of address and I had never made any purchase. So I provided my light bill and proof of my Visa card. Today they emailed me again saying that they want proof of the Mastercard that was never used on their site. I’m still going backs and forth with them about this. So I’m just giving the heads up to others not to play here because it’s evident that they are delaying my redemption because I won from the sign up bonus. Please avoid BigShot Games!!

Redemption & Verification System Down for 100+ Hours — Server Error on All Devices

I had a very strong playing experience initially, but the redemption and verification system has been completely inaccessible for over 100 hours.

Clicking the redeem/verification flow consistently fails:
• Blank page or empty file download on mobile
• HTTP 500 server error on desktop
• Same result across multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
• Same result across multiple devices (iPhone and laptop)

I went as far as:
• Clearing all cookies and browser data
• Resetting phone settings
• Confirming my IP/network with my cellular provider
• Testing both mobile and desktop environments

Nothing works because the issue is clearly server-side. The verification endpoint fails before a user can even begin the process, so no redemption amount can be entered and no verification can be completed.

Support does respond, but only to acknowledge it’s a technical issue. After more than four days, there is still no resolution and no ETA provided.

This may be a new platform with growing pains, but a redemption/verification system being unavailable for this long is unacceptable. I’m posting this so other users are aware of the current state of the platform.

I will update this review if and when the issue is resolved

Edit was never resolved and I just self excludes permanently to avoid ever using this site again

Terrible website

Terrible website. Deposited $10 to test out and none of the games would load . Support told me to “try again later in the day” Then I went and read reviews on the website so I asked them to delete my account . They asked why and I said because of reviews I read . All they said was my account was deleted and “take care”. Don’t play here .

Scammed

A couple days before Christmas I started getting charges to my card. I was charged over 300$ and contacted support, they still haven't contacted back after I sent them a message for help with this. I will definitely never put my card on one of these online casinos again!

This is the absolute worst casino I have ever played!! No exaggeration. I won 120.00 and attempted to redeem it, days later after I was lied to multiple times from them sending me an email saying my redemption was processed and is on the way, they said that they couldn’t use my Mastercard debit card for the redemption and needed to use a visa, which I did and now they are ignoring me through email and through their chat feature on the website.that’s fine, I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the federal trade commission! I could not, would not ever recommend putting money into this shady, scammer of a website! I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy of mine!! This place is either a scam or they are going broke and can’t/wont pay people! I almost guarantee this place will be closed down very soon! 👎👎👎👎👎🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Decent site

At first I felt like this was a scam I was having difficulty uploading my verification documents and at a frustration you ask them to close my account instead of doing so they reached out to me and asked me what my issue was and when I told them you know what they fixed it I was verified and everything was fine their customer service is responsive and they accommodate and triage every issue it's not a bad site

Update!!!

Update on February 2,
They actually did pay my redemption request people. It just took a long time to receive. Im not sure if they changed some things around or what but i want to update and let people know i requested $100 and i just received it today. So they aren't a scam.

NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A REDEMPTION FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR 5 FREAKING DAYS. I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT THAT DAY OR BY THE NEXT DAY. I MESSAGED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN TODAY AND LET THEM KNOW I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. I HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE WEBSITE Y'ALL, I AM NOW BLOCKED! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A SCAM!!!!! I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY ATTORNEY GENERAL!

What others are saying is true. I requested my redemption 3 days ago and still haven't received it. I too wrote an email 2 days ago and haven't received a response. Welcome offer is good but what good is it if you win and never receive your money? I finally got a customer service rep on their live chat who just keeps repeating themselves but they keep telling me the same thing that hasn't happened with my money. They do not at all sound like they are from the United States or speak fluent English. It'll be interesting to see if I receive my money. I'm so over these sites popping up all over the place and not being legitimate. I'll let you know if I ever get my money.

Lack of Customer Support/Withdraw Still Pending

Update, received withdraw shortly after writing this review. I think customer service/live support needs to improve so there is communication.

The welcome offer was great and I achieved a balance capable of being withdrawn. My withdraw is still pending from 3 days ago.

The site says they have 24/7 live support. I messaged live support 24 hours ago and still have yet to receive a response. So obviously 24/7 support does not exist.

If I get a response or receive my payout I’ll update my review.

Pretty good fun

Pretty good social casino!

Super sexy welcome offer so i tried it out. It was cool - had some decent games, their dog bone currency i thought was cool if you're a returning player you'll can get gift cards and stuff sent out to you which is a nice touch

their support team were helpful
I did have to verify with ID docs which always worries me a bit but support said this is normal and it was approved so I guess all good

Won some sc so i got a redemption and that landed in my account so all good. I will (probably) return!
