My saleman was wonderful Cory

I highly recommend Big Sandy in Lancaster Ohio. They have a great selection of furniture and appliances to choose from and exceptional service. Cory was super helpful and patient with us picking out a mattress, and Stephanie was super helpful and friendly when we were picking out a dining room suit. No high pressure from either one of them. They are awesome, as was the whole store!

They greeted me at the door and let me look around for what I wanted. No high pressure sales, he was available when I had questions and answered them. The delivery was quick and efficient.

Audra heaberlin was wonderful very professional very pretty. She was courteous she was very respectful an very wonderful person gave me the best customer service I've ever had

I was told my washer would be delivered in 2 weeks. At the 2 week point and I hadn't heard anything I reached out only to be told it would be 3 more weeks. I talked to the sales person and he said he would check on it and get back to me. That was a week ago today and I still have not heard anything from him. Customer service is not good.

From working with Nick in Sales to the delivery.. everything went very well.

My mother in law, who is 90, bought a KitchenAid convection range at the Plainfield location. She felt she was pressured into the sale by the sales associate.
It was delivered on Thursday afternoon, 9/10/2026. We found out on Friday evening that the oven does not work properly. Today is Monday, 9/14. My husband and brother in law went w their mother to the store where they were told that she could not have a refund for the faulty stove.
She has to go through warranty and repair people. She has had the stove 4 days. FOUR. It arrived with 2 dings in the oven door and plastic embedded in the door and back of range. I had to call the customer service line, was routed to Ohio and was told that there were NO repair people in Indiana. A repairman came from another firm-The oven didn't work because the door would not latch. He replaced two bolts. Now the steam cleaning option doesnt work and parts are being ordered. This was supposedly a N̈EW range. Sounds used, doesn't it? But guess what? It doesn't seem to be Big Sandy's issue. Big Sandys is the proverbial used car salesman of appliances.
I feel this is predatory sales and taking advantage of the elderly. It was horrendous customer service- no one cared after the sale was done. I discussed this w several friends and this type of service seems to be the normal setting for Big Sandys. I plan on discussing this quite a good bit more on all platforms.
She doesnt need a repairman, she needs a refund and to go to another store entirely.

If an appliance shown for sale now on the website requires it to be a "special order" from the manufacturer, taking 2 months to arrive, it should be noted clearly.

Only received half of order because the dryer had a faulty bolt. Have to wait another week to receive the dryer.

Delivery driver left after I asked him to confirm that I had a haul away or not , he just left without saying anything at all . Called the store three times that day as to get an answer why and nobody would tell me . I was criticized for making my purchase online and not in store . The delivery team that showed up the next day was great . I don’t recommend purchasing from Big Sandy’s and especially not online as their own employees say not to do so . I took a while day off work for a delivery driver to show up and just leave after only being at my house 4-5 minutes. Customer service is awful, was told I would get a call back in an hour twice and it never happened, I had to go to the store to try and get my situation remedied .

I made an online purchase and cancelled it the following morning. It has been greater than 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money. I have been to the store twice and called corporate office. I still haven't received an email regarding my refund. This has my credit card tied up.

The two techs arrived as stated and were quick and efficient in their installation. They were amazing!

Very smooth process. Doing everything on my own for the first time so I had a lot of questions but they were all answered and thoroughly at that.

It all started very well, but went downhill fast! First two stoves they had brought were damaged! If we wanted scratch and dent thats where we would have shopped! We were at a point where we were going to just cancel the whole 2,000 dollar deal and Steve a manager at the store said he would personally bring the stove off the floor at the store personally! He told my fiance that he would take 100.00 off plus all the other stuff that was already to be taken off witch was 179.99 and 49.99. He brings the stove here and it has scratches and dents as well and sayes he will take another 100.00 off. We all agree on that! That is not what was refunded to our card! Steve is not a man of his word or did he deliver what he was supposed to! We also had to go out and purchase two lights for the oven and Steven charged us for a gas line he had to use because he broke ours taking it off! Bottom line is i will never shop with Big Sandy's agian worst ever! Hope they dont lag in the repair department we paid alot for the extended warranty! I guess it could end in a lawsuit, Im not sure! Buyers beware.
