Start to finish. Organised and having separate departments for each step of the sale ensured a seamless process.

Can only view if you sit down and talk to sales staff first , that puts the sales staff in charge rather than the buyer . Underhand tactics.

Friendly, professional and caring staff. The purchase process was straightforward, with clear communication. I'd be even happier if they could consider offering a small discount on the final price.

Very bad experience of purchasing a vehicle with them.
Wrong and misleading information on documents during purchase and hand over the vehicle. Pushing for collection but the vehicle is not ready. i cant use the vehicle more than a week after collect it with full paid. issue till now still not yet resolved.

So a month on from.buying my Volvo XC90. I had my own 98 point check undertaken by my of garage who have services my cars for over 7 years.
They said the car was fine mechanically.
Sadly 2 front tyres were not as should be. Showing signs that the outer walls were showing signs of "shredding" plus one had pitted marks where it looks like hit kerb by previous owner. This company would not accept my garages report. Insisting I went to kwik fit. Which I did. I then presented report number TWO. Guess what they come back talking about the tread. It is not the tread. It is outer wall of both front tyres. BOTH garages picked up these tyres should not be like this as car is just 2 years old.
Like hitting my head against an AI wall!
I was also told by garages this problem arises when people have cars valeted..the oil used to shine up wheels actually dries out the tires!
So now I have had to go back to the company and ask why they will not accept the 2 independent reports ?? Simply they do not want to pay out for the two tires.
So buying car fine..staff nice. Once you leave forecourt..you are sent on wild goose chase.
Totally unacceptable.
So am sharing here and hope the company come back to me and understand these tyres are NOt acceptable to me as buyer..nor seen as acceptable in 2 independent reports.
So hope you all read this and think what may happen if you have a legitimate problem. They do not want to know once they have your money. Sad to say. What started out the 2nd most expensive item I have ever bought. Has turned into a sour experience. They have you jumping through hoops then still do not want to listen. Very very poor
Even went into Warrington where I bought car for help. Totally put to one side. Told me nothing to do with them as big motoring service is a different company. Cowboys comes to mind. Got my mkney rode off I to sunset... do not want to know

FURTHER ON. Motor company now replied as you will see..and guess what..still nit accepting the AI robot is in the wrong as the robot is talking about tread. We are talking about the tyre walls being damaged. Useless

I recently purchased a vehicle from Big Motoring World warrington. The day after I bought it, I noticed there was a piece of trim missing from the roof of the vehicle on the outside. I only noticed because I looked at my car from my upstairs window. I called them straight away. They refuse to fit the £28 piece of trim to my car. I reported it right away, but they still refuse. The damage was not listed on the description of the car so unless I'd brought a ladder with me to check the car from a certain height, there was no way to notice. Regardless, their reply was pretty much
" too bad you didn't notice before you signed the documents, sorry".
Definitely not buying from them again.

Big Motoring World Warrington. Four weeks ago bought my car from them. The worst experience in my life:
-online valuation from they web was a joke its ay 1800-2200 pound depend of condition. My car condition was ok but they in branch offer me only 1000.
-they do everything to sell you many extras, if you don't want to buy them somehow car finance go sky high.
-don't tell you anything about lack of GAP insurance as they don't sell it and how that can effect you and you extras.
-very misleading, hiding fact team.
I felt like I was in trap and my all extras and finance was mis sold.
Got car accident 4 weeks after I bought car, car was total loss (other driver fault) and Big World Motoring refuse to any refund even for 12 months RAC extended warranty what the sold me. They absolutely bad place to be. As a person with depression this type of force buy and misleading, rush sell was beyond me.
I'm now left without car with extras worth around 2500 what they try to avoid refund.
So please do yourself favor and stay away from this terrible place.

Don’t trust replay from Big Motoring World under my post. They looks like they try help but they not.
Already was contacted by them and as i signed documents they don’t help me at all… nothing about being pressured to buy extras, false car valuation and mis sold extra.
Nothing about the staff don’t inform me about GAP insurance( as they don’t have it) and consequences of that.
Absolutely disgraceful company, cheating and mis leading… Avoid of all cost.
For me is not over as I don’t leave this like that.

Really helpful member of the team showing me around the two vehicles I came to look at. Layed out all the options of warrenty, Protection without feeling pressed to buy. Collection on Monday with Hayley was very quick and informative. Helpful to download the app and show me where all the warranty info was. Directions to post office to tax the car was helpful too

Called in to Big Motoring World to just take a look at a car I'd seen online. Didn't realise how big the place was. Very professional staff throughout the place and extremely busy with customers which proves its a popular business.
Anyway, Alex the sales guy was great and within about an hour I'd test driven and agreed to purchase Incl part ex and a 2 year RAC warranty thrown in. Picked the car up the next day. Very happy 😁

Came to look at a car today and had Liam as our sales agent, Liam was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, but most of all listened to what my needs where, Liam came with us on a test drive and his relaxed chatty character, made any awkwardness I felt about driving a new car go. For me just for Liam alone Big Motoring World Warrington is a 5 star, I hope this review gets to him. The actual dealership is comfortable and they have many cars on display.

I won’t even give Big Motoring World one star , the overall customer service has been very disappointing.

We bought two cars nearly two months ago, and it took almost 3–4 weeks to sort out all the finance paperwork. Communication throughout the process was poor, and customer service was lacking.

To make matters worse, we’ve now been waiting nearly four weeks for the return of our £100 deposit. Despite chasing it up, several times through emails & calls. there has been no sense of urgency. The finance department’s staff seem completely unconcerned about providing good customer service.

Based on our experience, the after-sales service has been frustrating and disappointing. Won’t be buying any cars from them in future . FCA should investigate them for not refunding customers refunds on time!

The purchase of my car went so fast, just 3 days.

There is vast selection of vehicles on the website and I was able to create a short list before arriving at Warrington. However, the assistance I received from Chris allowed me to find the most suitable vehicle for me. The administration throughout the process was smooth and this was concluded with the help and support from Elise. Overall a very positive experience.

Everything went smoothly and all sales team were happy to help. Massive shout out to Gab he went above and beyond to sort a few things out for us and put our minds at rest. We were welcomed with drinks and were allowed to browse the car at our own pace. Not pushed into a sale and not rushed around bearing in mind we arrived at 2pm on a Saturday. Picked the car up today with everything we wanted doing to it done and old car taken in p/x. Thanks again.

The length of time for collecting was too long took over 2 hours
I had to go to a post office to tax to pay the £25 plus tax because the car had been disabled and I hadn’t been told that before hand when car was ordered.
I was offered a certain amount for part ex my car but because I refused the warranty they knocked £1500 off what they would give me which I found ridiculous so didn’t partx with you and got more somewhere else.
I felt my original sales guy was far too pushy with the warranty and added extras just because I was an older lady telling me I needed them
