I had a really great experience with Big Motoring World. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before making a decision.

There was a good selection of cars available, and I didn’t feel pressured at any point, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and the service felt honest and transparent.

I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Big Motoring World to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward car buying experience.

Customer service was helpful

The staff was not friendly and they did not bother to answer your questions. They did not know about the car technical info and when I asked them for a discount they said there is not discount as our cars are priced lower than everywhere. I can say they were rude somehow but I was aware of cheaper car with same model and spec. I did not buy from them and will not do it in future.

My experience with the Sales Adviser was good; however, I was disappointed that no information was provided regarding the tax on the vehicle until after the purchase was completed. This omission significantly diminished the excitement of buying the car.

I firmly believe that all sales staff should possess comprehensive knowledge of the high-end vehicles they sell to properly inform customers about future tax obligations. Furthermore, the new activation codes provided were non-functional, as the vehicle code was invalid due to the previous owner’s registration.

These issues have undeniably detracted from what should have been an exciting and seamless experience.

Impressive facilities with friendly staff. Customer hospitality is extensive with a wide selection to suit all tastes. The coffee was exceptional.
Kai who attended us is very personable. He was never pushy and we felt in control at all times.
The odd thing we couldn’t at first get our heads around, he patiently ensured we eventually fully understood. He worked diligently to get us the most suitable deal.
I have no hesitation recommending Big Motoring World if anyone is looking to buy a quality used car.

Booked for a test drive on a car at 5:30 and wasn't told that there would be an issue with the time. Rang to say I might be 10 minutes late and still wasn't told there would be an issue with the time and that it would be ok. Arrived in good time still anyway and was left sitting for 20 minutes even though there's so many sales people walking around. One eventually comes over and just reads about the car off the screen and then says can we come back another day as they close in an hour and there isn't enough time to test drive. Someone about to spend £25000 shouldn't have to be left sitting to then be told they cannot fulfil the request so will just go elsewhere.

Gus greeted us and took us through our options he was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. The cars were brought inside for us to look at and he was able to answer all questions we had about the cars. We were not pressured into a purchase as some companies do. All the cars were of such a high standard and the prices were so reasonable. All the staff taking us through the finance road tax and insurance were helpful and we got some amazing extras added on to the car I can not recommend enough

I’m sharing this as a warning to anyone considering buying a car or using finance through this company.
In 2025, I purchased a Vauxhall Grandland X from them. Within one week, I took the car to an official Vauxhall dealership for a major service, where I was advised that the timing belt (cambelt) needed to be replaced immediately.
I contacted the dealership I bought the car from, but they insisted their mechanic had carried out all checks and that the car was in good condition. They then redirected me to the finance company, MotoNovo Finance.
When I contacted MotoNovo, the issue was repeatedly delayed and not resolved until October. By that time, I had no choice but to replace the cambelt at my own expense to avoid serious engine damage.
Despite this, I was later informed based on an “independent engineer’s report” that the cambelt was due for replacement, so its a maintainence issue and they refused to reimburse me.
I am sharing this so others can make informed decisions. If you are considering buying from this company or using their finance, please take time to read customer reviews especially the 1–3 star ratings. These often reflect real experiences.
Once payment is made, getting support can become extremely difficult.
Proceed with caution.

The overall experience was fine with the car being a fair price, but...

* the EV didn't have sufficient charge to drive home (which they should have spotted during the test drive and put it on charge).

* the car was given a fairly cursory clean, and it's not like they didn't have time given we had to wait 20 mins for charging

* the sales person was good but she had to follow the script of "I'll have to ask the manager" leading to various delays

Just brought a car this weekend from looking at it on Saturday to collecting it on Sunday, the whole team was so friendly but a massive thank you to Kajus who helped me with the whole process from start to finish he was so welcoming answered any questions and just provided a really good services

Welcomed with a smile from the receptionist then passed on to Shy who was outstanding, explained everything very clearly, let me test drive the car, offered refreshments constantly, gave us updates throughout the process. I’ll be buying my next car from here, very professional all over the departments. A+

It started well went pear shape in the middle and ended badly.

We viewed a car the salesman didn't really give us much info. Then the next day made an appointment to test drive it but the salesman was not there and sent a trainee to see us. (Who was very helpful)

The day after we bought the car and when picking it up noticed damage to the window that was not there on the previous two viewings.

The salesman did not even come over to help. The staff that did were very helpful and resolved it.

I find it hard to believe that this salesman will get the credit when in fact he did nothing to help us and even lied saying he pointed out the damage which he did not.

Had a really good experience with big motoring world in Fengate. Every member of staff that was dealing with us were fantastic I would definitely be returning in the future. When we first walked through the doors they were friendly and approachable. They weren't pushy which is what I liked.it certainly made our decision easy. Also I really appreciate how they got our children involved and acknowledged them.
