Really good products at a good price.
I do tend to use their butter as I would a balm and their balm as a wax and it works really well.

Delivered quickly serum I love not sticky etc and the vanilla bears oil smells gorgeous

Customer service is great and very helpful, after a bottle leaked in the post i had a replacement on way barely 12 hours later

Alltho the products are fantastic the customer service and packing needs work. ordered quite a few items. When i went to pick up the parcel it was soaked in oil, even through the plastic. Opened to find all the products drenched. the refill pouch had about 30ml left out of the 150 that had seeped out through the cap. The parcel had 2 bottles of oil. 2 beard balms. a refill pouch, a beard fluff and the condition wash combo. The prices of the products are ok but we eat a hell of a lot extra in shipping and import tax to Greece (30€ just to get it out) so i very much prefer to get the whole amount. sent a customer support the same day explaining the situation (30th of January) and haven`t heard back. The items were quite freely rolling and banging around in the box. Products 5 stars. the packing and support 1.

Purchased the unscented set after reading good reviews. Wasn't that impressed overall. The conditioner isn't very effective, the beard balm and butter are rock hard. The oil and beard buff are ok though. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately. Will stick with Gnarly Joe products in future.

Well, where to start. Firstly, the design is excellent.
Secondly, the customer service and delivery was also excellent.
More importantly, the products are absolutely gorgeous and made my partner super happy and smelling fit as.
So I bought some more. Especially when the bundle offer was such a good deal.
Worth every penny.

I ordered from Big Foot due to a recommendation from a friend of mine. I ordered the Coconut and Vanilla oil as it smelt amazing! The package arrived promptly but unfortunately I received Unscented Beard Growth Serum. I emailed and did not hear anything back. So I emailed a second time and still no comeback........ until I received a notification from Royal Mail saying a parcel was on its way.

The parcel turned up and it was the oil I wanted. There was no request for the serum or roller to be returned.

I thought what a great company as the serum is around £20 and it includes the roller which I will now incorporate to my beard routine.

I would give 5 stars but due to lack of communication I scored 4.

All in all great company, fantastic oils but communication needs to be improved.

Ordered the Lemongrass wash and conditioner for my husband, as he has several oils and Lemongrass is his favourite. The wash lavers well and smells nice but the conditioner burnt his face on application, leaving a very red rash.
