They don’t deliver and won’t provide refunds per their policy.

Ordered April 23 and nothing. I keep trying to get a ship date from them, and their chatbot gets back to me 48 hours later with a nothing statement.

Trying to cancel the order and will be disputing the charges with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 jerseys 2 months ago and received only one. Quality seems good. Have been writing several times to get a tracking number for the remaining one or even a similar substitute without any good answer other than "soon"
It's Aug 2025 and still no jersey form Feb 2025 order. Terrible!

Trash service, trash customer service, trash order maintenance.. It's outstanding how much money they're using on advertising but can't keep up with packages or communications with customers.
Not convinced they're real, but nice pics of fake clothes on the website, I guess.

Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered three sets of bike kit on March 11th 2025. now, 4/6/2025, it still has not even been shipped. I've sent 20+ queries on their chat line and only received an answer, period, twice when I included the words, "your customer service sucks. Of those two answers one said my order 86954 had been sent, the order number is 86459. The other said there is a hold on the shipment and blamed me for issuing the hold. How the hell would I even do that?

I ordered a jersey, when it arrived it was too small. I requested an exchange for a larger size. they offered me a discount on my next purchase because of a "postal strike" in Canada (where they claim to be headquartered). when I objected and said I simply wanted to exchange the jersey, they gave me the address to send it. That was 3 months ago. Today I received my original unopened "return" marked "return to sender" (from the "striking" Canadien post office). There are too many cycling apparel websites to waste your time with this fly by night organization. Lesson learned I will not buy anything else from them; I advise you not to either!

Ordered my Marine Corp Kit wa suppose to be delivered last Friday and instead received an email that it was an undeliverable address. I looked at the address they had listed and it was my exact address where I have received 100’s if not 1000’s of packages. When we called the delivery company the CSR could hardly speak English the confirmed the address which did not change and they told me they would try to get it to me in the next 3-5 days. Not confident if I will order another product from this company. Left a message and still have not received a call back. Very poor customer service.

Placed an order a month ago, still haven't gotten it, and customer service isn't responding.

Absolutely terrible, no one should ever buy anything from them.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. While I can not attest to the quality or fit of the bibs or jersey that I ordered, I can most definitely speak of how terrible the customer service is. I placed an order mid December, they pulled funds from my account the very same day. Two weeks passed by and I still had not received any shipping information, so I emailed the contact email that they provide. 3 days later I still hadn't gotten a reply nor any shipping information l, so I email them again. Two days later I finally got a response, which was an absolute spin movie stating that "I have spoken with our staff and was assured that it had been processed and would be shipped out shortly". So I attempted to be patient, waited another week or so, still no shipping information. I again emailed the company, multiple days without a reply. So I emailed them asking for a refund. To which they immediately replied "I'll have to speak with our staff and see if we are able to refund your money". What? If you're able to? Over a month has passed and I have nothing to show for the money spent. Such a terrible way to operate a business, I had extremely high hopes for this company as I enjoy many of the designs they have available but it seems those hopes were absolutely wasted. I would highly suggest going with any other company. If you decide to go with them, I hope you have better luck than I! Ride safe, and Safe Travels!

We had to make a size exchange, and the company was prompt and courteous with their response. We are very pleased with the logo and quality of the jersey.

Extreme scam. Ordered in july, my order has never arrived. Been going on about refund for months. They refuse to refund me.

Horrible Experience! I ordered a shirt. (took 6 weeks to receive) Once it arrived, it ran small. So I wanted to exchange it from a Large to an Extra Large. I reached out and said they would exchange it, but I had to pay the shipping, and because it was international, I had to pay customer fees, etc., The shirt was no good, so I sent it back. The new package arrived eight weeks later, but they never exchanged the shirt. Now, I can't get anyone to respond promptly to get things resolved. When you can get them, all you get is voicemail. So I'm out the $60 for the shirt, the $40 for this shipping, and I still don't have a shirt. STAY AWAY!!!!

Never got my items. No support. They don't respond. Don't order from these guys.

We received the item that came directly packaged from China. When we attempted the return the item due to poor fit via instructions they sent, it was not recieved by the company and returned to us. We had to pay to ship it and pay the receiving fee. Contact with customer service to have any recourse has been a giant stall tactic. Buyer beware!

Truly awful customer service. Chris T took more than a month to tell me the order hadn’t shipped and they would require additional payment to do so. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails.

I will never do business with them again. For me this review is about moral integrity. I never received my product. I reached out to customer service and they never shipped the product nor provided a tracking number, and when I requested a refund, they said they couldn't because they shipped the product already (which was a lie because no tracking number was provided). They are not an honest business practice. I was lied to several times. When a customer pays for their product, they should receive it; however they just took payment and provided no product!

I ordered a bicycle jersey. A month later, it still hadn't shipped, so I asked for a refund. They responded that the jersey was in production and would ship soon! Two weeks later, nothing, so I again asked for a refund. They responded that the jersey had shipped, they were just waiting for a tracking number to update my order status. I got tired of being strung along without any evidence of progress, and my requests for refunds being ignored. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The bad, the good and the bad. The bad; Sizing and fit was off on the bibs I ordered (per their size chart). Ordered XXL, but it was too baggy and the straps too long (and I have a long torso). Had to wait weeks, if not months to receive the bibs, but when they did not fit there is no simple exchange/return process. You have to return items on your own nickel and even then, they have to go back to Canada. That was $25 in postage from the Eastern US. However, BB did not pick them up from the PO Box you are suppose to return them to so the USPS returned them to me. The good; to their credit BB did, eventually, send me a new XL bib at no additional cost. The bad, the new XL bibs are actually different that the XXL bibs, different chamois, black straps (instead of white) and even a slightly different color - weird, right? Overall, still a poor fit, low quality chamois. Save your money and buy from a brand name.

I was concerned at first as the shirt was being shipped from China. I never have luck with things ordered and sent from there. Christopher from Bicycle Booth assured me they are legit and ship from multiple countries. The shirt arrived super fast and OMG it’s perfect! It’s a gift for my boyfriend but not sure I can wait until his birthday to give it to him! I love it! I will be ordering again

This was my second time ordering from Bicycle Booth and I was having some trouble getting my order straight on the site. I sent an email to the company and immediately got a reply. Not only did Chris help me with the order but also honoured a discount special.
I have been happy with both sets of jerseys I’ve received and the service, which I thought was very professional.
