Customer service is a joke, may as well not have one. Given 1 star as can't give 0! Products not fit for purpose and customer service totally unresponsive. Trust Pilot asks for date of experience this has been ongoing for over a year but can only enter a date. DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS Collection, Kinder, Virine, Kohlongaz, Global, Celsi, Flavel or Portway.

As I suspected most of the positive reviews are from companies who obtain supplies from them so it is not in their interest to be negative. My experience is very different. I have tried to engage with them 3-4 times to discuss purchasing a new fire without success. They simply ignore you

I purchased a new gas fire, Flavel strata, and the manufacturer made it impossible to access support even though the fire is sold with a 7-year guarantee. The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on.

Excellent service today when I need to replace parts for my old flavel gas fire. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the company.

Excellent company to deal with, great range of fires, stoves and fireplaces to choose from, something for everyone in fact! Plenty of info & videos to watch to help customers choose their purchase or use to enhance the customer experience. Great rep in Clinton who will do anything to assist wherever he can!

Having worked with BFM Europe for the past 7 years we have to admit the service received from Clinton and his team has been very good. We have had all sorts of issues which have been getting resolved fairly quick.

They really support the showrooms which then enables them to provide a good service to their customers.

They cover a wide range of products all come with very good warranty and service.

Having worked with many fireplace companies. BFM are by the far the best. Their product quality, service and staff are all excellent.

We have worked with BFM Europe for several years through our showroom and we find them an excellent company to work with and the fires and stoves are such good quality. We especially want to mention our Rep Clinton who is always so helpful and the Sales team who is managed excellently by Aimi.

I was recently in the market for my second log burner, I had one fitted in the kitchen last year and this one was to be fitted in the front room. The chimney in my living room could only accommodate a log burner of a certain size but I knew what style I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Luxima Portway log burner from BFM Europe and after speaking to their technical department I was happy that the Luxima was the way I wanted to go. Aesthetically the burner is fantastic, it gives a great view of the logs burning, and the heat an efficiency is exceptional. I'm absolutely made up with my purchase because it’s not something you do on a regular basis and had to be the right fit. The service and technical help I got was second to none and it’s a great feature and addition to the house.
