I wanted to write this review because I was hesitant to make my first purchase with Beyond Polish, due to people saying their polish was fake. I placed a small order first and I found the company to be very responsive and they even sent an email to let me know shipping times were delayed due to coronavirus. After a few days (which was actually pretty quick), I got my polish. I’m a diehard OPI girl and I know what the smell and texture of the polish is. The products they sent me were real and at a great price! I will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!!

Never recieved my polishes, still haven't been refunded. They have stopped communicating back. I'm going to have to call my bank and contest the charges. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Great customer service and good product. There is a little issue for the package and the owner fixed it quickly though I haven’t receive the missing item yet, hopefully not wait too long.

I made a big order and had a problem with receiving defective items twice. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away. Within less than a week they had my replacements to me. I had a second issue and it was resolved the next day. Their customer service is the BEST hands down I’ve ever dealt with online. Prices are great and shipping is fast.

Update 16th April: After a while, they returned my money. Thank you.

I have ordered large orders from this company several times. Never had a problem! The opi gel polish has worked great for me . They are fast and normally have what I need. If they dont, they put me on the email alert list and let me know when the product is available, and that hasnt been a long wait either. I have been very satisfied with Beyond Polish. I am a Nail salon owner and love this company!

I ordered a polish and when it arrived it was a completely different color than what was shown on the website. I returned to the website and entered the name of the color. Two results showed up; the first was the polish alone, and it showed a medium purple color bottle (this is what I ordered). The second was a package that contained the color polish along with a base and top coat. Exact same color name, only this picture showed a dark blue bottle, which is what arrived.

I took a screenshot and sent it to customer service to alert them that they posted the wrong picture on the website and asked them to kindly send the color that was shown in the picture. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they basically told me it was my fault for not verifying the color in person (kind of defeats the purpose of online shopping) and said I could send back the bottle at my own expense and re-order another. Return shipping and shipping on a new order would cost as much as the polish itself so I declined.

I spend quite a bit of money with Beyond Polish so I was pretty surprised to see what a poor response they provided. Tip- when you make a mistake, you should say "I am sorry we made a mistake." Don't say "I'm sorry YOU aren't satisfied with YOUR order." That's not an apology. I'm not being unreasonable for wanting to receive the item shown in my order.

Ordering is easy. Returns and exchanges are not. Forget about sending an email for assistance. They will just ignore you.

I ordered two bottles of OPI Bare My Soul. The polish was watery and had practically no color after 3 coats with a white base coat. I have used two bottles of the same shade purchased from Ulta.I know what this color looks like. Contacted OPI . Beyond Polish is NOT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER. No I am not a competitor. I purchased from their site because I couldn't find this shade anywhere else. If Beyond Polish is getting product from an authorized distributor I think Opi would know. Also, this is not a discontinued color. Buyer beware.

Why are u charging so much for shipping? 11 bucks for something that maybe costs 4. Ridiculous.

I ordered CND from them. They are using original cnd pictures on website, but I got product with terrible smell and poor quality from their website. This nail polish:
1. with terrible smell
2. does not cure fully under the lamp
3. After removing the sticky layer doesn’t have shiny finish
4. cracking after few days
I’m not recommend this product! Please be careful

PS: Dear Beyond Polish, you can ask to remove or edit my review as much as you want, my opinion will be the same . I spent more than hundred bucks, and you don’t have refund, only store credit (I guess because you are super confident about your products (no), but I don’t want buy from you anymore, thank you.

I ordered 3 bottles of nail polish. when I got them ,they turned out to be the wrong colors. It was not a matter of shades about which the Beyond Polish warns but instead of purple I got grey nail polish. To return them I need to get permission from Beyond Polish, ship it at my expense and get only store credit (!). It means that I would have to order something else and pay shipment fee again(!). Automatically this nail polish become golden and there is no guarantee that they will not sent you the wrong color again. It's the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I have recently ordered OPI gel polishes (total $151)from this website. Everything came on time and priority mail and the packaging was good, all the nail polishes are wrapped in bubble paper. I was little bit scared after reading the negative reviews, but it seems their gel polishes are good quality as I got so many compliments and all the bottles are full.
Please keep up the good work and maintain the quality.

Beyond polish is honestly the best! They have everything and they ship super fast! I placed huge orders multiple times and never had a issue besides missing 3 bottles but they replaced them for me! In fact they sent me different colors that I asked and they didn’t have a problem! They shipped them out the second they said they would because I did get a confirmation email! They will never ignore an issue they will email you back unlike other companies! From the customer service agent to the manager super nice people! I will deffiently be placing bigger orders with beyond polish! I hope they start selling light elegance because I will def purchase every shade! If you’re coming here seeing the bad reviews those are fake all the polishes are 100% authentic all my opi polishes are from here every color I used to get in the salon I bought from beyond polish the people who are writing those reviews are competitors trying to take away their clients. They are legit everything is 100% authentic. Thank You beyond polish for your amazing customer service! You guys are the best!

Have purchased from this company numerous times and have been very happy with them. They are not overseas, they are in Nevada which has been part of the US as long as I can remember. They do not sell knockoffs. I have been using OPI polish for over 20 years and what they send is authentic. So either some of these reviews are from competitors just uninformed. Had one bottle of polish that was not up to snuff and they immediately replaced it. So people, stop with the BS fake negative reviews. I know them when I see them and learn how to spell.
