I forgot to add a discount code to a recent order and shot them an email. They issued a refund for the discount amount within 30 minutes! The order came promptly and was really well packaged. Really great customer service!

Customer Service was stellar! I made an order where a discount code didn’t go through. I email customer service and within an hour they were able to credit my account with no effort on my end.
Can’t wait to get my polishes!

I found out about beyond polish from some YouTubers that I follow. As opposed to other major retailers, Beyond Polish makes the customer feel valued. They're very responsive, respectful and trustworthy. I also appreciate how beautifully they wrap their polishes when they're sent out. They attend to details that get lost or neglected by others. They also have a wonderful selection of products and great prices. Overall super positive experience. I will be buying from them again for sure.

We have recently moved out of country and when I placed my order I didn't see an option to expedite my order to arrive at my girlfriend's house during my time in Country. My fault as I waited too long to place my order. I contacted Customer Service and they were very accommodating in processing my order to arrive during my 2-day window in the US. I've been purchasing products with Beyond Polish for years and while I've never had an issue with their service or products, this went above and beyond. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

Not only do they always have amazing deals, but they also have these sales on top of already discounted polishes that makes them sometimes half the price of regularly priced items. I love their system because you can search based off just brands that you like, the type of products you're looking for, and also if a product is in stock which I've never seen before anywhere else! Its so helpful, especially if you're in a sale section which multiple brands and product types to be able to limit your search so much. Ive also never had one polish come in broken ever. They make sure that your package is very thoroughly wrapped and are careful to leave no room for polishes to move around while being shipped. Ive never had any reason to reach out to customer service except once yesterday. And that gave me a whole new outlook on the company.. its amazing when you are treated like an asset and not a number to a company. They replied extremely quickly to each email, gave me the choice of what worked best to provide a solution to my problem and resolved it immediately. They also made sure to take care of shipping costs for me, as I was ordering a new polish in place of one. Definitely my favorite go to place to shop for mainstream and indie brands! I hope they start carrying all my fave brands soon, it'll be my one place to shop forever for my polishes! 😆

I have been shopping with Beyond Polish since 2019 and have always had a great, money saving experience! Their selection of nail polishes, supplies and brands is by far one of the best I’ve seen!! They also have really great sales and discounts that are ongoing constantly. The descriptions of the products that I have purchased are right on point and I’ve never been disappointed or unsatisfied with any of my multiple orders I’ve received from them!! Another great reason besides the great products and prices that I continue to order from Beyond Polish is their customer service. Every single one of their customer service representatives that I’ve had the pleasure to speak with have been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with quick response times..I appreciate that.. and will continue to use Beyond Polish as my go to for all my nail supplies..they simply are the best!!! 💅🏻💖🥇

I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake. Reached out 2x by email, tried live chat ( it may take a few hours?) phone constant busy signal. It is now 24 hours after my first email. still no answers to cancelling my order. Poor customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I can’t say enough about this company! They were not only sincere in their apologies for another company’s product but also fast in responding to my concerns. I was sent a shipping email within in an hour replacing the product of concern. Even though I had a defective product, which wasn’t their fault- I will continue to shop Beyond Polish for their professionalism in handling my concerns.

I am sorry I didn’t read reviews. The polish doesn’t match the description, not anywhere near the color in picture . Feels gritty on my nails. Find out now, NO REFUNDS AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN, AND REORDER. I don’t want anything else. I want a refund for the 4 polishes. One I did try.

This is a great site to find a wide variety of polish on. Everything ships right away and is packaged well. I needed to email support to have my contact info updated. I received a reply right away with everything all fixed. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the app doesn't show my favorites, but I did reach out to BP and I believe they're working on that glitch.

What a great experience I had with Beyond Polish!! I found two beautiful colors and promptly ordered them. Despite USPS tracking noting that my order was delivered, I still had not received it so I reached out to Beyond Polish customer service.
They went above and beyond helping me try to track down my package! They promptly issued me a store credit to use!! Shortly afterwards, my package arrived in my mailbox. They graciously canceled my store credit and took care of everything!
I can honestly say they offer the best products and the best customer anywhere!!

I highly recommend Beyond Polish for not just their high quality OPI products, but, most importantly for their excellent customer service. My customer service representative Shamekia, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received the necessary information to remedy a USPS misdelivered package, something beyond her or my control. With the number of misdelivered packages we've experienced these last several months, she took a very aggravating situation and made it as stress free as she possibly could. She was extremely courteous, quick to respond to my emails and above all, very professional. As a result of her outstanding performance, I am now a future Beyond Polish customer.

Beyond Polish has great customer service. They always answer questions quickly and professionally. I order from them often and am so pleased that the polishes come well packaged and safely. Great value as well!

Received a broken bottle in an order. They gave me a coupon code for the amount to replace it. The rep I dealt with was helpful, professional, knowledgeable. Everything you want when you have to approach customer service.
The only downside is that the coupon covers the broken bottle so I could reorder it, but in this case the broken one was sold out. I was able to use the code & it gave me the discount within another order. But I would have preferred they just sent a replacement so I didn’t have to pay shipping.
