Excellent Experience with Bexhill Property Maintenance!
Having relocated to the area last Summer, we were unfamiliar with local businesses and it was therefore with some trepidation that we contracted with Bexhill Property Maintenance to undertake the substantial changes we wanted to make to our new home.
We need not have worried! Over a period of over four months, BPM's Contracts Manager, Wes Richards, oversaw the successful completion of the work, which included structural alterations, reconfiguration of the living areas, and the creation of a new utility area, followed by redecoration throughout.
The multi-disciplinary teams involved could not be faulted. They were skilled, hard-working and polite, and they paid great attention to detail, also leaving the site very clean and tidy on completion - quite an achievement, considering the state the house was sometimes in, unavoidably, during the course of the work. Communications with the office, through the Office Manager, Claire, were also excellent. We are very happy with the experience we have had with BPM and would not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends.
