Rubbish . Can't even get points on mine anymore as our local town stopped using the app . So now it's just a general app . And it's Rubbish ,Going to delete it .

Absolute shite. I've been using this for a week and the amount of emails I've sent them about it not logging my walks is ridiculous! I live and work close to Leeds city centre so the GPS signal where I am is always really good but this app rarely seems to record my walks to and from work unless I send them an email which is a pain in the arse if you're someone like me who does a lot of walking. It's a great idea on paper but if you're gonna try to get people to be more active and to use the roads less you need to make sure you're app is more than just a half baked concept. Also, it would be good to see Leeds United tickets on the rewards as well. Seems unfair that every other West Yorkshire team seems to have tickets up for grabs on the rewards here but not Leeds United. I get the tickets are more expensive but fair is fair

Downloaded the app. Turned tracking on and granted all the permissions to use my location etc. went on a walk. App recorded nothing. Utterly pointless if it doesn't work. I was walking through Leeds city centre home. There is a strong gps signal. My phone was in my pocket so should have picked up the activity. Fitbit did, my Google watch did, another app did, but this app had nothing recorded. If you are going to go live with an app and initiative like this, make sure it works or it will be panned before it even gets going.

This app functions poorly. It records mode of movement incorrectly, eg car instead of bus with no option to change mode; under recording of times and distances covered; non-recording of activities. I guess it tracks poorly. I intend to delete it. It failed in its stated aim to encourage active travel, rather the reverse.

Great idea but doesn't work a lot of the time
Really frustrating when you have several long walks and the app shows nothing. Ridiculous advice not to keep your phone in your bag just asking for your phone to be snatched. I am going to delete this app and go back to the app I used previously which actually worked. Get the app working properly if you genuinely want to motivate people to be more active.

Terribly bad on both measurement and modes of movement. Asking myself why I still have it, after about two months or so.

Downloaded their app, happily set off walking a lot more and earned lots of points. However these didn't show up in my account. I messaged a few times, received reassuring responses but points still weren't accruing. Messaged again and received a snotty response that started 'as per my colleagues' former message. I hadn't received the information. If I had I wouldn't be keeping on wasting my time asking why my points weren't accruing. I was told I wouldn't earn points as I was out of the area where I could do this. A complete waste of time from start to finish.
