Either this site is a scam or the RTP’s are awful. When any 2 bonus tiles are spun, the third one doesn’t happen ever. Also, on some games it gives you respins and there are mini, minor, or mega. This are never ever collected. When I topped up, and needed to go to my banking app to authorise, it kept giving me different organisations in China, England, Nigeria. And not the name of the business. I would avoid and try a reputable company. Whilst the reply below is a bog standard reply, it’s BS, and I would try a genuinely reputable company

Put in and withdrew double the amount out. Took less than 24 hrs appeared in the bank. Was a little slow at first before started to win , but overall decent casino and good amount of slots to play on

Not a scam site (after reading some comments) I've won a nd recived money in my bank the only problem the slots have gone stone cold since my win. i gamble a little bit every day and 6 days straight the slots are not playing like they did in the first few days on this site I'm hoping it's just down to bad luck but it feels like the slots are clocking my movements on this site . It's been another 2 weeks of losses not even coming close to a good win every bonus has been under 20x and taking 3 times that money to get. Im dropping a star for this because the slots have gone stone cold and now the sites been off for over a week making me think something more than a revamp of the sites happening

Apon joining i deposited almost £200 , started to win some slot games which i was playing when joined won £390 on game an wasn't able to withdraw any , the games were then blocked from me the ones i was winning on , couldnt deposit it was failing all the time as wanted more than the £20 i was depositing :( the games would say not available in my country which was rubbish as i was playing them the day i joined so then i couldn't get any of the items i purchased from their store to work & used my loyalty points , and they wouldnt work i had to go on chat on the site every time i was on it to complain and they wouldnt work change the game to another not working game so all in i deposited about 260 & waste of time did not even have fun because of all the games not working or able to deposit & almost £300 down very very bad service & website :( & oh yes also the carry on with withdrawing & also documents demanded to be in pdf format oh my , took me 4 days & my gran couldn't join because she could not do this . Absolutely terrible company the worst I have ever played on or encountered in my life!!!! First of all just to let everyone know here who considers of registering an account or depositing with this charlatan of a company DO NOT!!! Minimum withdrawal is 100 euros and if you deposit they send you through hoops literally a marathon to withdraw your own money back and get this after you have found out your iban number and bic/swift number from your bank and provided them with literally about 10 pieces of documentation to verify your identity then they still decline your payment and wont let you withdraw your own money as apparently per there terms and conditions you need to wager ×1 of your own money before you can even withdraw!! Wow shocked and flabbergasted is an understatement here with these blood sucking leeches!!! No wonder I have never heard of them before they need to be put our of business!! One of the worst casinos I have played at in 20 years of playing at online casinos.
No pragmatic slots, infact not many slots at all and hardly any of them work.
The slots that do work play terribly.
I felt as if I was playing at a casino site that was half finished.

I signed up to betmac and asked for my account to be closed after I didn't win on the welcome bonus. While my account was still open I put in £20 and won a bit. Asked for a 400 euro withdrawal and it arrived today.

Annoying thing was that my account closed on my while I was still playing and I had 50+ euros balance remaining. Not sure what is going to happen to that.

Positives for that casino, even tho I played there one day are:

So while I didn't get much of a chance to play there, I didn't come across any issues within the few hours while I was playing there. I spoke to their online chat who were friendly and knowledgeable.

Luckily the uk does offer some protection and visa and Mastercard have rules about using the wrong MCC. If the correct MCC was used then vulnerable people would be protected from these vultures!!!!
