un site qui vente une montre connectée comme étant la meilleure, que j'ai acheté 159€ alors qu'elle est vendue moins de 40€ sur un site de vente en ligne chinois, je me suis bien fait avoir. Et comme par hasard ce site n'existe plus. Une belle arnaque

I transfered the funds by bank transfer ten days ago and tried to inform Bestwatch.com.hk about the payment. Tried several times. Emails rejected, tried to call by phone, no answer. Looks like it is not possible to get in contact with the company.
I don't now what is the state of the order at all.

I've ordered wireless earbuds through Wowcher on 1st December 2021 and ir never arrived. Could you please give me the correct contact so I could request my money back?

Updated review, they replied to my email straight away which was nice and my item arrived the following day. Overall I would say they are reliable, and sometimes delivery might not arrive on time due to covid.

This company website is unreachable. I have a string suspicion that none of these reviews are legitimate. This loving social offer is a complete scam.
I have tried to claim my Bluetooth earbuds but I cannot even enter my delivery details. They claim my postcode is invalid which it isn’t.
There is no number for customer service either.

How do you get in contact as when I send email it says can’t send and returns it? Ordered item through Wowcher and can’t contact them either, need to check on item, and if it’s been sent?

Order a Hugo boss watch, it is very beautiful and delivery very fast. Contact customer service, Leon is very helpful, very happy purhcase.

Like others before me I bought a Hugo Boss watch through Wowcher. There seemed to be a disproportionate delay in the watch arriving, but in these uncertain times, acceptable.
The Customer Service team always replied promptly to my emails, were very courteous and professional.
The watch was as described and very pleased with the item.
A great company to do business with.

Purchased a Hugo Boss Ikon watch for my partner for Christmas. The watch looks great but the strap won't close so its useless and can't be worn. Really disappointed and when I tried to contact them, the website says the domain is no longer in use. Going to have to purchase a new strap which is another £127 and wait for the jewellers to reopen to fit it. Not happy

I like many others purchased a watch through Wowcher. After two weeks of not receiving the watch and several emails I contacted their phone number on the website and spoke to a kind gentleman named Leon who apologised and claimed it had been lost in the post. He then gave me a tracking number and the watch arrived 5 days later due to covid. Although there was an issue it was corrected quickly however it would be nice if their emails were checked more often.

Absolutely delighted, bought as a Christmas present for my brother and he will be over the moon. Phoned them up to tell them how delighted I was and was greeted by the friendliest of staff. Will definitely buy again!

I had a little incident , when buying a watch off wowcher. Wowcher did not contact best watch company to put my order through.
I contacted best watch company, they sorted my problem out very quick & delivering my goods on special 1st class, just in time for Christmas.
Customer service are very good and they will sort your problem out quickly.

Had an issue with my order getting lost in post, however after a 10 minute call with someone called Chris on customer service my problem was sorted and now I have received my watch the next day. Absolutely thrilled with this as a Christmas gift and will buy again!

Was leaving it close by only ordering on Monday 21st for a Christmas present but it has arrived today with plenty of time to spare! Thanks to the best watch company team who sorted this promptly and professionally!

Similar problems to others with Wowcher & failure to get the purchased item delivered I eventually managed to get in touch with Bestwatch Company who immediately resolved the problem by replacing item and had it delivered the next day. Well done to Chris, Leon and Sam for their excellent service. A Christmas gift rescued. I will advise friends what great service.

I ordered a watch through livingsocial and I also had delays too but i contacted Best watch Company and dealt with a very polite and helpful customer service agent called Chris and he assured me I would receive my item before Christmas. He stuck to his word and I recieved my item. It was beautifully packaged and was well worth the wait. Thank you Chris for pursuing my issue and resolving it. The personal call I received made all the difference. I will use this company again. A shout out to Sam too who also followed up with me.

Purchased a watch from wowcher had a small problem contacted best watch company and spoke to Sam and he resolved the problem he did everything he promised and I received a new watch with in 24 hrs I would definitely buy from best watch company again
