Got wrong saying on t shirt for my partner have tried contacting company many times with no help from them with what they will do for compensation

I have received the T-shirt that I had reviewed the purchase/cancellation procedure a few days ago and the product material is extremely thin and of poor quality for the price I paid. I am hesitant to return due to the grief I got in trying to cancel the order (read my previous review) and am certain that the refund/credit would either be denied for some absurd reason and of course there's the option that they would most likely charge a re-stocking fee. I am embarrassed to give this to my brother, but I prefer to not pay more money to return this pathetic excuse of non-existant quality.

I saw a T-Shirt I liked and ordered one in my normal size, XL. Communication was good and received my shirt in due time. The shirt was way small for an XL size T-Shirt. I contacted Support, explained the problem and asked if I could exchange the shirt for a larger size. I received an answer the same day. "Unfortunately, the following items were not approved:
8 DD-214 old man Premium Fit Mens Tee x 1
After reviewing your claim as well as the campaign ordered from, we can confirm that the item received matches the campaign. At this time we can provide no further compensation."
I am very dissapointed and will not reccomend this company. Lost a customer over an exchange issue? Bad business!!

Ordered from Facebook ad “never underestimate an old woman with a dd214” having recently retired with 38-years of military service was timely and very pleased with..no issues with ordering, receiving or product..followed up with shirt order for my husband as well, he is also pleased

On August 19 I ordered a TKD shirt From best gift. While the money was take out of my account no confirmation from this company was forth coming? It is now Sept. 9. I have tried to phone customer service but the auto response does not reach a Representative and no message is allowed. I can’t provide the order confirmation code because it was never provided from this company! I would please like to receive a response to this message. The product & confirmation number and or a refund. I patiently wait your response. P - 902-999-1971

So far so good. It arrived on my dad's birthday and he loves the graphic. It fits well. How well it holds up over time has yet to be determined but so far, all's well.

I saw the T-shirt advertised on Facebook. It said, "Never Underestimate and Old Man Who Loves Shot Put". It was perfect for our son, now 47 years old. He was a 4 time Big Ten Shot Put Champion and 2 time All-American shot putter. He loves the shirt for it's saying and quality. It was a great find! Thanks so much.
