i got the chair in 24 hours! The installation took 15 min, there was all documentation in the box and also a link to a video which shows step by steps how to proceed.

This review is for the Ergo Mesh Manager chair. I like the material used. The value of the adjustable lumbar support is better than expected. I ordered the chair already assembled so I could use it immediately. It came fully bubble wrapped and box contained, delivered as standard by FedEx, 6 days from date of order, so pretty speedy.
I'm a 6'5, 137 kg guy so the spec seemed to be a good fit. However, I needn't have bothered with searching for a seat with a headrest because it would need to be able to adjust by at least another 10 cm to be able to hit the right spot and provide a reason to rest my head. Definitely ok for anyone up to six foot though. The 850mm height quoted on the product is bottom of seat to a fully extended headrest which I could have perhaps taken better heed of.
Overall verdict: It will perform the job I need it to with comfort and at a reasonable price so I'm enormously happy that it has been money that I will not regret spending.

Excellent service. Ordered a chair (which seemed much cheaper than I could find elsewhere, so I was a bit worried to be honest) & a mat to protect my carpet. The items were a couple of days past the 3-4 working days promised so I emailed a query. Very prompt reply, apologising and promising to chase the supplier. A further follow up found that the chair had been damaged by a courier and a replacement was being arranged. All sorted in a couple of weeks. Very happy with the products and the service provided.

Desk was delivered the next day(Thu) even though there was no email about the courier . It took 15 mts to assemble. Fair price for pedestal desk. I would happily recommend this company.

We had a blip in our delivery so I wrote an email, which was answered by Jamie at 21.29 yesterday evening (way beyond the call of duty) and followed up at 8.34 am today. In the second email, he told me that the supplier was running behind and that delivery would be next week, but magically the chair appeared today at lunchtime and is already in use. Thank you, Jamie

Bought two chairs and they arrived quickly. I am very happy with the chairs they look fantastic and are very comfortable. Some basic diy skills are all that is needed to put the seats together. Oddly we put the first one together in about 10 minutes but struggled with the second one which took half an hour. I think the second one may have had a slightly bent arm but with a bit of perseverance with one of us puling and the other pushing we got the final bolt in and completed the job. I would recommend the product and the company.

It is said that often a Company can be rated by how well it handles its customers when things don't altogether go as planned. My experience of bestbuy-office chairs could have been difficult when delivery didn't happen as stated. It was then that I contacted their customer services and spoke to an agent named James. James was so impressive in his response that not only am I sitting writing this review on a very comfortable office chair, but I've also rated the Company service as 5 star. James was thorough, patient and polite during my several email and phone calls to him. He smoothed the transaction and was directly responsible for it reaching a satisfactory conclusion. Congartulations James I hope your Managers appreciate you. Just let me add that I have no connection with bestbuy-office chairs. I've just given credit where credit is due.

I have left this review as long as I could before posting it as I was ever hopeful either this comlany or their supplier would resolve the issues satisfactorily, however as time goes on I'm getting the idea promises made will not be fulfilled. I ordered a desk with 3 drawers and was excited when it arrived as I was looking forward to working from home in more comfort after several months of working from a table. My husband began to put the desk together and luckily noticed before he started that there was considerable damage to the corner of the desn top. I contacted Best Buy on a Friday afternoon but didn't receive a response but thought they would likely respond on the Monday. However early Monday morning another desk turned up out of the blue! I was impressed at the customer service and sent an email thanking them for their prompt response. Due to other demands it was a couole of days before we were able to put the new desk together and I have to say it wasn't easy. Several parts just didn't fit together as easily as they should despite following the instructions carefully but we persevered and after about 4 hours we finally turned it the right way up, only to find there was damage to the front edge of the desktop. Argggh, we couldn't believe it. I contacted customer services again and sent further photos and after they spoke to the supplier they offered a 10% discount. I had been asked to get rid of the original damaged desk but it proved too big and heavy for us to take to the dump a d the council wanted £60 to collect it so I contacted customer services again and asked rhem to either arrange collection or provide the cost of the council taking it away. I was assured the supplier would collect the desk but after nearly a week I hadn't heard a ything from them. I was finally advised today it will be collected tomorrow, fingers crossed. The 10% refund promised does not reflect in any way the amount of time and effort I have been forced to spend on this and so far there has beennk sign of them refunding me this as they promised anyway. So, if you are considering buying from this company, beware, tge quality seems to be poor and easily damaged, it doesn't build as it should and sorting out issues is a prolonged process wìth it seems promises not met. You have been warned!

I was in need of desks and an office chair for my home studio/office. These guys have a great range at a really good price. And the desks I received are solid high quality (not the hollow stuff from Ikea). Plus their customer service is fantastic - very friendly and proactive! I'll go back to them when I need more!

Excellent product. The chair is very comfortable, and it was very helpful that it could be assembled for us before delivery. The person we spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The deliverer brought the chair into the house and put it in position. However we were not told when ordering that delivery would be delayed by having it assembled, and there was further delay caused by the delivery company, so I have to take off one star. Despite this, we would be happy to use this company again.

I ordered Greenwich Medium Back Leather Executive chair on 23/02/21, delivered early April, the chair is uncomfortable and nothing exucutive about it, the metal work badly finished, has rough edges and silver sprayed not shiny chrome finish, the chair leans forward I have to use my legs to tilt it back into comfortable position.

I had problems with the product I ordered and was not satisfied with the quality however the customer service I received from Best Buy was faultless. They answered emails and calls immediately even out of normal working hours. I was given a full refund as well as having the problems resolved. Everyone I had contact with went out of their way to help me and understood my frustrations. The fault was with the supplier and not the company therefore I would have no hesitation in using Best Buys again due to my confidence in their customer service.

I ordered 2 office chairs. Delivered very quickly. After a week of use the metal could be felt through the padding. Spoke to customer services who said replacements would be sent out as they must be defective. Two weeks later no replacement. Spoke to customer services they said replacement was by manufacturer but they had not been notified and it would be done immediately. Two weeks later still no replacements.

Claimed to be a real leather office chair. Just PU. Reported to Trading Standards.

So what is your definition of 'Leather' does it equal 'plastic' ?

Collect your falsely advertised overpriced junk and refund me.

people need to be aware that this is the exact same company as OFFICE FURNITURE ONLINE. only difference is the prices. I ordered chair from Best Buy.but when it was delivered it came in office furniture online box. I paid £7.20 more for the same item. when I asked for a refund for the difference they refused. they advertise never beaten on price!!! REALLY.
