Fast response time and super easy

My son's Besrey tent arrived with a few parts missing, so I emailed their support team. They were great - they just asked for the serial number, sent the replacements, and even included an assembly video, resolving the problem much smoother than I expected.

Unresponsive Registration Page

I received the bedside crib as a gift, ordered through Amazon. Everything with the product itself is fine but when I went to register my crib on their website per the printed manufacturing card, the submit button never responded. I even refreshed the page and re-typed all of my info just to run into the same unresponsive "submit" button. I checked my email but I have no confirmation that my crib was registered and unfortunately will likely never be contacted if there is a recall.

Item never delivered but charged

I ordered a 7-in-1 trike online from Bersey. My order was confirmed and my credit card was charged. After 4 weeks, I have not received the item and the tracking they supply just shows the order confirmed. All of my attempts to get an update have been unanswered. At this point, I do not know if I will ever get the item and their return policy says merchandise credit only.

Lack of proff training of Besrey support lead to Theft & Deception. This is fixable do better next time

I was ecstatic to purchase Besrey's Tricycle however after the purchase my money was then held hostage for close to 3 months with intermittent communication- from me to Besrey support, inquiring about my purchase over & over just to get lied too a total of 5 times.
I was told my order was on its way twice then I was told they ran out of products. Afterwards, Besrey support lied to me again telling me my purchase was on its way. With the holidays and my nephews Christening come and gone I was feeling pretty bummed but also disrespected and worried that I may have been robbed/scammed.
So again I reached out to be told "due to employee negligence your purchase is delayed" so I waited 3 more weeks after which I called and called walked around in circles like a jack@ss by promises. I demanded a refund & will certainly never purchase from "Besrey company" again.
I would like to post the deceptive emails from Besrey support however I cannot on this outpost. I will be posting on other sites with screen shots of proof. Thank you for listening & for your patience.
Maybe next time honesty is the best policy, theft is intolerable & may I suggest professional training for Besrey support team and administrative supportive services.
This way everyone gets treated with respect they deserve and Besrey employees don't attain the opportunity to steal, deceive future customers. Where do I get my baby & toddler supplies now?

Amazing stroller!

Amazing stroller!! If you do not want to spend a ton of money on a quick connect stroller this is perfect because any size infant car seat( I have a chicco) will fit perfectly in the back seat of the stroller (with seat all the way reclined) and my 2 year old can sit in the front comfortably. I would definitely but this again!
