I bought a beautiful leather rucksack at the Wensleydale fair.
The quality of the leather is amazing!!
I emailed to see if it was possible to have belt supports for the hanging straps. I was able to drop the rucksack off at the Richmond market stall.
My bag was posted back to me with 2 belt strap supports, free of charge!!

Excellant Service From ordering my Chocolate Bowling bag to receiving it. Well packaged and very quick delivery. Would certainly purchase again from Berber Leather. They have a lovely selection of Leather goods.

Lovely purse as seen, beautifully wrapped

A lovely bag and swift service. Thank you berber leather

Ordering the satchel easy came quick and I could tell what it was just by the strong smell of leather.
The bag it's self well made looks fantastic and the feel of the leather is amazing
A few things could be better the strap isn't very straight and the stitching on the strap isn't very good. The zip to the main compartment could be a little bigger for access but that's more for personal taste. All in I do like it and looking forward to see how it ages

Good quality workmanship, delivered promptly. Repeat customer.

This is a rewrite of previous review, the product was received later in the day. It is excellent and will serve its purpose very well. Thank you Berber. I will be using your company again.
