The service I received from this office (especially from Bernadette) was OUTSTANDING! She has been so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Every single time we had a question, every time we needed to chat or didn’t understand something, she was willing to take the time needed to help us understand.
I was treated like crap by my insurance company and she didn’t let that slide. She took over and made sure I didn’t have to deal with the adjuster anymore. Often times we make the mistake of “blaming the attorney’s office”. Bernadette did everything timely and diligently. Every case is different and I came to understand this now. This process is extremely stressful but she made it very simple for me. I truly appreciate all the patience and understanding I received from Benson & Bingham.
