I bought the pore primer and pore foundation. This is the worst product of its kind I have ever purchased. I applied the primer, let it dry then applied the foundation. The product started to flake off leaving gaps all over my skin. I had to wash it off, this is something I have never done before.
The discount of 15% a scam
The discount of 15% when you spend over £50 mix& match was not applied for mini blush in Brent Cross,so is a scam.

very disappointed by customer service, i bought a brow pen from their boots counter, when I brought it home and tried it 2 days after it was dry and didn't work. I contacted customer service who asked me to post this pen (which I did), I have to wait 14 days till they receive it and then 14 days to receive a replacement. 1 month for a bad product they sold me! Overpriced as well. That's crazy service, I don't think I'll be buying it again.
Terrible customer service especially online
The customer service is sweet as pie in the stores until something goes wrong, then there is no wiggle room or acknowledgement of customer loyalty. I wouldn’t even bother with their online customer services - have emailed and followed up multiple times and been ignored. Really put me off purchasing anything including services even though I’ve been a loyal brow customer for several years.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Have emailed and called multiple times, only to be hung up on by the automated system. They have not answered any of my emails - even sent an email to the UK email address. Purchased the mighty fine brown pen -- the ink is completely dried up and does not work. Also, I wanted to simply exchange another brow pencil for a lighter color -- no response. Will not purchase from them again. Ridiculous! You do not deserve a penny for this product. Shame on your company!
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. My eyelid was burnt by the wax. The shape and tint were very disappointing — I could have done a better job myself. It was also expensive for the quality of service. I will not be returning.

I purchased Benefit cosmetics from Anna at Boots store Chester today. Anna was charming, professional & could not do enough for me. Anna advised me on my purchases she was absolutely delightful. I got the chance to try before I buy and I am over the moon with her recommendations. I love my purchases foundation called Porefessional, eyebrow pencil called...Precisely and blusher.

An incredible Benefit experience with Wajeeha.
I had an amazing experience at Benefit yesterday while waiting for my flight. Wajeeha served me and was brilliant at suggesting the products that I needed. She picked out a foundation and introduced me to Porefessional. I bought a new bronzer, eyeshadow, lipstick and skin routine set which came with a free bag! She also included a few miniatures for me to try and a make up sponge. I felt like a million dollars when I left - this lady is an incredible sales person and I wish to thank her very much!
Booked. No-one turned up
Booked a brow wax ready for a special birthday. Travelled into town
No-one turned up. Now trudging round town desperately trying to find somewhere for an on the spot treatment.

Victoria at the Benefit counter in Boots, Bluewater, Kent was lovely - she helped me find my shade in their fab new foundation and was patient, helpful and kind when applying it and showed me other complimentary products. She was a pleasure to talk to and I enjoyed shopping with her, thank you!

I was absolutely delighted at my top-notch brow wax/tint carried out by the lovely Sophie at Boots Solihull. She is a real professional who always delivers the highest level of customer service: skilful and efficient, friendly and polite - who also gives great product advice and this time introduced me to Precisely My Brow. As an older woman, it is nice to feel appreciated at a beauty counter!

Diabolically bad customer service
My wife ordered a Benefit set for a friends birthday gift, but after a week it hadnt been delivered. So she chased Benefit UK customer care only to receige a reply saying they'd cancelled her order because the item was out of stock ... but due to some sort of error they'd failed to tell her! Her friends birthday had came and went, and no birthday gift.
On the plus side, Benefit apologised and by way of apology they invited her to choose a complimentary item from the website as an apology - great. So she chose an item of about the same cost, and she let them know her choice by return email... to which she received no acknowledgement at all except to say they hadn't heard from her and were closing the ticket.
She chased them again and again for the item ...nothing. So I emailed Benefit on her behalf (from a different email address) to enquire as to where her item was, and i've received absolutely no response.
As far as their online presence is concerned, Benefit Cosmetics' customer service has been nothing short of garbage, and my wife would never bother going through the hastle of trying to buy from them again.

I have been going to get brows tinted and wax since last year. My sister has Been going before me. She recommended me to go too. Jess is brilliant very friendly. Very professional explains what she is doing. She never rushes you. Enjoy going to see her having a nice chat. Would recommend friends to go. I have been to a few salons but not been very happy with them. Thank you jess for making our Brows look good 👍 xx
Not shipped days later
Placed an order on the 26th via their website.
They generated a shipping label straight away as so many company’s do but it’s now the 3rd and the shipping company still have not received the order.
Edit- Still not arrived and is now the 6th.
Only had one generic email from benefit starting their shipping times which are 2-4 days. Currently at 7 working days (9 actyy it so days)
Poor service
I booked a brow wax for this afternoon as I’m going back to school and wanted to get them done and drove on very icy roads to get there and for them to say that they aren’t taking appointments till the 17th of jan and failed to mention this on their website and also have people working there who aren’t even trained in brows very bad behaviour on their end
