Stacy Hayman's post is completely untrue. The Belvedere clinic has had a 5- star reputation for many years and worked with a regulated provider of services which is a licenced business and has been operating in the the cosmetic surgery field, including laser technology and hair transplants since 1983.
The Belvedere clinic Limited only carries out consultations on patients after they have been seen by a surgeon with a chaperone.
Stacy Hayman is not and has never been contracted to the Belvedere Clinic Limited.
The Belvedere Clinic Limited suffered substantial losses in 2021 while lockdown was taking place, due to a nurse and a patient coordinator and the nurse' husband who all downloaded substantial amounts of the company's enquiries, took one of their surgeons and set up their own consultancy company.
The fact that the company had its 5- star rating since 1983, is a testament to its excellent service that it has given to its patients over the years.
Stacy Hayman indicates that she is a vulnerable woman.
The company and its surgeons always carried out the best surgery in approved time limits but also carried out pre- operative and post- operative care on each patient.
Obviously, all patients have to sign a contract which all clinics and hospitals adhere to. Also, the provider beat its regulator on a number of occasions. The provider had one of the best and efficient operating theatre in the country, which allowed surgeons to carry out procedures in a safe environment.
Stacey Hayman thinks she is a super sleuth and thinks she knows what she is talking about. Her untrue and libellous comments are completely untrue.
The company has never had aggressive marketing because 90% of its business was referred to it by people that had already had surgical procedures.
Unfortunately, because of the lockdown in 2020 the criminal theft of equipment and enquiries led to two companies going into liquidation.
The company believed that if it had its 5-star reputation back and received consent from the liquidators, it could carry out surgery on the creditors.
The company put this message out into the public domain approximately 2 and half to three years ago.
The company climbed back to 4.3 stars, but as soon as the company became viable, Stacey Hayman and a non- patient, whose daughter accepted her treatment at the Highgate Hospital but never turned up, started posting negative reviews.
Clearly, Stacey Hayman does not know what she is talking about because the company did not have any assets and has never had any assets.
She seems to think that anybody that has a cosmetic procedure, is a vulnerable woman. The Belvedere Clinic Limited think that most women are strong, self-empowered and just want to look good. Everybody wants to look good.
Stacy Hayman does not have any evidence at all but this company, The Belvedere clinic limited has all the evidence it needs to support its case.
All Stacey Hayman and her friends have achieved, is depriving all the creditors from having their procedures carried out with the agreement of the liquidators.

I am incredibly grateful for the care, thought and time that has gone into my consultations, and I am completely satisfied with all of the decisions regarding my procedure.
My surgeon was incredible to speak with. He was able to answer all of my questions immediately and made me feel safe, reassured and completely at ease with my decision to move forward.
The entire team has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answer any questions I had and ensure that I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The communication I have received throughout my journey with the clinic has been excellent.
I have family members, friends and colleagues who have previously had procedures carried out at this clinic, and I have always been impressed by their experiences and outcomes. I have personally never heard anything other than positive feedback from genuine patients of the clinic, which gave me great confidence when making the decision to proceed.

On the 27th of August 2026, it has officially been one year since I paid my deposit of £500.00, followed by £4,500.00 to New You Lifestyle Limited / Belvedere Clinic!
I am £5,000.00 out of pocket with no surgery to show for it. Terrence Michael Barlette and Joanita Ndagire SCAMMED me!
I currently have a small claims court case against them, and I have collated all the evidence I have!
Below you will see the initial TP review I put on here about them, and I still feel as angry now as I did then!
NOT EVEN WORTH HALF a star!!
Badgered me for payments, after I had paid £500 deposit, saying they needed more funds to order the “equipment and medicine” - I am £5,000 down and no procedure!! I have asked Terry and Joanita for my money back and they have said NO!
I am reporting them to the police, I am approaching my solicitor and contacting my bank in hope to get my money back!

RESPONSE TO EMMA CARTER FROM THE BELVEDERE CLINIC LIMITED
With regards to the post by Emma Carter, these are the facts relating to her post from the Belvedere clinic Ltd.
Emma Carter approached the clinic with a view to various procedures being carried out.
The original cost for these procedures was £15,000.00.
She stated she could not afford that amount of money and gave the consultant a hard luck story.
We cannot go into detail about that because of GDPR rules. The patient coordinator at the time tried to help her and reduced the price to the company's cost only for £8,000.00.
The company set up the procedure with the surgeon. In the meantime, Ms. Carter approached the company to be one of its patient coordinators. When the company failed to offer her a position as a patient coordinator, she refused to pay the other £3,000.00 for the completion of her contract. The company refused to complete any further work for her until she had honoured her contract with the company until she had paid the balance for her procedure.
So, she went behind the company's back and tried to get the Surgeon to deal with her directly.
Despite numerous requests to Emma Carter by the company to pay the balance of her contract, that upon receipt of her balance, the procedures would be carried out without delay to date, she has not paid.
Emma Carter has broken her contract and because of this, if she wished to proceed, she would have to re- negotiate her contract with the company.
Our provider has been carrying out perfect 5-star surgery since 1983 until lockdown and one of our patient coordinators and one of the provider's nurses, in 2021 decided to remove substantial clients' information from the company's computers, cancelled the company's Instagram because they had the codes and tried to start a new business on their own due to the fact that the company had carried out work for Chloe Brockett, Chloe Meadows, Kerry Katona and others.
Our provider and the Belvedere Clinic have always had a 5-star record and have always given patients and clients excellent outcomes, patient pathways and excellent post-operative care.
The provider had issues with the CQC which amounted to bullying. The provider took the CQC to a number of tribunals and the company won every tribunal with the CQC.
We would also like to point out that the CQC was condemned by the Government Health Minister at the time in 2024 as not being fit for purpose.
With a 43 year reputation to protect with 5-stars, why would the company's management team and Director want to lose that reputation?
Lockdown and Covid 19 did not help the situation either. The company's legal team will be defending this claim by Ms. Carter as by trying to help her the company has incurred this negative post.
If this woman cannot afford these procedures, we would like to know where she gets her money from to afford paying for these procedures.
The company wishes to point out that Emma Carter approached the company's bank but they rejected her application because of our evidence.
Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our valued patients, both past and present, for your continued trust, loyalty and support.

Vile scam company. Goes by name Newyou Life style Ltd now. AVOID. Cancelled my surgery multiple times since September last year. Denied to me that they sold their clinic (because it was so awful - was closed by CQC), even though it was up for sale on an auction site for all to see. Received a random phone call in January saying they would book me into another hospital and had the cheek to say to me that he wouldn't charge me any more, despite the costs of implants going up?! PLEASE NOBODY SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY OR BE SWAYED BY THE CHEAP PRICES they claim to offer. It has caused me so much stress and left me £5k out of pocket. The Managing directors of this company (past and present) as named on Companies House are the biggest crooks going.

Dear Ms. Godden,
As you are aware, operations are being carried out at other hospitals in London and surrounding areas.
This is the way most companies in Cosmetic Surgery work.
When you contracted with New You Lifestyle Ltd, you were given a substantial discount. Your procedure would have normally cost £15,000.00. On top of this, your eye surgery would have cost an extra £7,000.00.
The company honoured its agreement to carry out your procedure which was 360 liposuction and tummy tuck and would have carried out your eye surgery at a later date.
However, despite being given formal instructions, post operatively on your procedure, by your own admission, you chose to engage in certain physical activity that disrupted the sutures that kept your wounds in a safe scenario.
This resulted in you returning to the clinic to have the sutures re-sutured in order to protect your wounds from infection.
The provider, where you had your surgery, did not make any charges to you. Normally the company would have made a charge.
You then returned with similar problems on other occasions, which resulted in costing this company substantial monies.
Due to these extra substantial costs, which by far exceed the money you have paid, the company is not prepared to carry out any further work without further payment.
This company has had to pay another clinic every time you attended.
As you well know, there was good reason why your sutures became detached.
On top of this, you made libelous untrue accusations on media platforms, which, due to the libel, are actionable.
At this juncture, the company does not want to discuss the reason why your sutures became detached, but if further negative comments are made by yourself or family, then clearly the company will have to instruct its legal team to start the necessary proceedings.

I can’t even write one good thing about this money grabbing disgusting place. They do not even deserve 1 star!
They cancelled my procedure 5 times due to ‘double booking’ and the ‘lift is broken’
My procedure was meant to be 22nd may, then got moved to 6th June, then got moved to 17th June and then the end of June. They had the audacity to ring me and say I am going to have to fight for my money.
I went there, paid a £1,000 deposit via bank transfer (THEY DO NOT OWE A CARD MACHINE) I then paid the remaining balance through a dodgy link. I am over £4,000 out of pocket due to them not giving my money back.
The experience I have had from the get go has been nothing but disgusting, the stress and upset this place has caused me is vile! They need to be seriously looked at, it’s disgusting the way they treat the patients who go to the with insecurities.
They think this is okay and disgusting. When I went to my consultation I was promised my procedure would go ahead, little did I know it would be cancelled 5 times now I am out of pocket. When you pay it’s new you lifestyle limited, the reason for this is because Belvedere clinic went into serious liquidation and have not paid their depts so they make you pay via a link to this account so they can pay of their CCJ’s it’s absolutely outragious. They are known for 3 different names it’s disgusting.
I have wasted nothing but my time at this horrid place. I wouldn’t wish my worse enemy to come here!!!!! Scammers and money thieves.
The place is now up on the auction for millions of pounds …. Shows they can’t pay their depts. they have serious problems with the public and press.

Important information about Belvedere clinic scammers
My experience with Belvedere Clinic has been absolutely devastating. I trusted them with something deeply personal, and instead, they took my money and never carried out the procedure I paid for. It’s now been nearly 3 years, and despite countless emails and attempts to reach them, I’ve received no response, no explanation, and certainly no refund.
What makes this even more appalling is the pattern of deceit that has become clear over time. This clinic has repeatedly gone into liquidation, only to reopen under a different name — with the same people involved, using the same manipulative tactics. They continue to take money from vulnerable individuals, knowing full well that these procedures will never take place. It’s calculated, cruel, and deeply unethical.
They know exactly what they’re doing. They present themselves as professional and caring, but behind that façade lies a scheme built on false promises and emotional manipulation. They prey on people’s insecurities and hopes, convincing them to part with their money while having no intention of delivering what was promised.
I have seen through all the fake reviews they have added on Trustpilot and other platforms — glowing comments designed to cover up the truth and deceive potential clients. These fabricated testimonials are part of their ongoing attempt to appear reputable, but the reality tells a very different story.
For anyone who doubts this, I have solid proof and evidence to support every claim I’ve made. I’ve even hired a private investigator to ensure this operation is exposed and shut down for good.
To those responsible — you should be ashamed. You are not only stealing people’s money but also exploiting their trust and vulnerability. The way you continue to manipulate and mislead innocent people is absolutely disgusting.
Belvedere Clinic, or whatever name you choose to hide behind next, you will not get away with this. I will continue to fight until justice is done and you are stopped from harming anyone else ever again.

Lots of smoke and mirrors with this company as they’ll do anything to cover their actions.
Overall rating is INADEQUATE including for SAFETY. Let that sink in…..

REPLY TO THE CLINIC
After winning in court back in 2022 due to these vile so called human beings taking £6500 of my money back in Jan 2021 for a surgery they didn’t complete due to a suspension notice by the CQC and never being paid back even though the court ordered them too. I’ve left it since 2022 as I knew I wouldn’t get the money back, I’ve decided enough is enough and I will be coming after these people again. (Joanita & Terrance). It’s been nearly 5 YEARS since they stole my money and I cannot believe seeing peoples reviews after reviews, that they’re still doing it. Myself and my mum made it so public that countless of women ended up coming forward (in the hundreds) and even a documentary on the one show was published about them. Enough is enough these “people” will not get away with this anymore. After lie after lie they tell and even putting lives in danger for performing terrible surgeries. I’ve just read the latest CQC report from this month and I just cannot believe what they are still doing, well actually I can. I accepted not getting my money and I was more happy seeing these people worried because of the action we were taking against them. But what I will not accept is them still doing to countless women who have worked hard for their money. I suggest The Belvedere clinic / cosmetic surgery London / Harley street group get a good rest over the next few days as it will be all starting again from me :).

in response to millie davis we assume she is millie davis and the daughter of lisa shead and her trust pilot post this woman booked a procedure with cosmetic surgery London ltd in 2020 just before covid lock down, our provider had to make some alterations to its hospital, this led to temporary closure, this woman davis knows perfectly well that she agreed to go to the high gate hospital and be operated on by shadi ghali to have a procedure carried out, she did not turn up for the procedure after the company has funded this operation, her mother whom we believe to be lisa shead started on her quest to destroy the belvedere clinic, which is not contracted to lisa shead or millie davis, so lisa shead gathered some friends of hers who have been posting negative views for the last three years. in order to destroy the reputation of the belvedere clinic which has been carrying out procedures since 1983 very successfully and the company had a 5 star reputation. all of these negative post are counter productive because the trading company offered to carry out procedures on anyone that was affected by this scenario free of charge, subject to the belvedere clinic ltd getting its 5 star rating back, and in agreement with the liquidators to contact the creditors to carry out these procedures free of charge, but now yet again lisa shead her daughter and her friends have negated this arrangement, millie davis malicious communication to trust pilot has been fed flagged and is subject to action. please wait for a update as the shead gang are in for a surprise. anyone that wishes to contact us directly the company will tell you the truth of the matter and not this garbage.

Please DO NOT go anywhere near this clinic. Numerous people have had money taken from them and not received their surgery. Also please read their latest CQC report; Those that didn't get their surgery may well have had a very lucky escape. It beggars belief that in todays climate ‘hospitals’ like this are even allowed to exist, let alone perform major surgeries. Despite company being in other peoples names it is owned by and always been owned by the same dodgy old
Man, research previous owners of the company, known under various other before filing for liquidation, google them and the previous owner (whos name had to be removed from here) on Companies House! Robbing scum

1st thing SCAM SCAM!!!!
1st thing SCAM SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!!! so this was I would say 4 years ago I paid for my daughter to get her chest done and I worked very hard to save this for her. We went to the consultation discussed everything and then paid by bank transfer was given receipts etc. When she was due to go for her pre op this was cancelled as the "surgeon was sick " 2 days after I recieve a letter telling me the company had gone into liquardadtion and that I had lost me money. I was so angry and so upset. A year went by I phoned the company and made out I wanted to book an appointment and they was still making out they was trading and still to this day taking people's money. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I have since got my daughters chest done by enhanced in Hammersmith absolutely fantastic they was so good and everything has healed lovely.

Dispicable place…
This company is just scamming money out of so many people, it’s amazing they are still even advertising their services…
I am one of a huge number of people who trusted this clinic with major surgery only to be messed about on numerous occasions, different surgeons, changing surgery days then cancelling by email less that 24 hours before actual surgery.
Then radio silence.
Then a letter informing me that the company had gone into liquidation so bye bye £6500…
Not funny.
Then to find out that you’re not the only one this has happened too, it just makes me feel sick…
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will lure you in with I’m assuming ‘fake’ doctors and staff then take your money then cancel your procedure…
PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…

I would like to start with how amazing…
I would like to start with how amazing the team have been at the belvedere. I was sceptical because of all the bad reviews I see. I had my surgery on the 11th September at one of there other clinics because there main clinic was undergoing renovation's, I am so happy with the outcome and the after care from the clinic have been outstanding.

Brilliant customer service and support
Brilliant customer service and support. My surgery got cancelled on the 4th due to equipment not working properly. And I must say the staff have reassured me and gave me great support. Don’t always take the bad reviews as one.. I can honestly say they have been a delight. I’m still waiting on a date to be confirmed due to my own commitments. But Looking forward to having my surgery done.

Poor communication, surgery still not happened, 6 months still waiting!
Currently unable to get hold of anyone at the clinic for surgery - no phone numbers are working, no emails answered and even the surgeon seems to have been messed around. Surgery was due to go ahead in the spring but has been cancelled twice at a days notice with little / poor explanation about machinery not working/ not adequate. Was promised more information, a further reschedule and compensation for the additional delays and cancellation the following day, but nothing has come through. So disappointed as friends have used the clinic previously and had good results from the surgeons, but the administration team and those in charge of service bookings just don't seem to be able to get their act together. Still awaiting more information and an actual surgery date, and starting with legal advice to get the £5k back spent with the clinic already.

Great place
I’m impressed by this place, I took my wife here for her facial and we was greeted by a friendly receptionist who got us a drink and sat us down to explain the procedure. Although had a thorough consultation prior to this it felt good for my wife knowing the changes would make her feel good again. Friends of mine have been to countries where botched jobs get done, but my wife so pleased with the results.
