product is very quality, glass is thick packing was superb. Delivery was surprisingly quick and free shipping. This is the second globe and I hope the last that I have to order but I would highly recommend this company.

I needed to call customer service and they were extremely helpful and courteous.

The customer service rep I had, Tim, was superior in communication, time, and follow-up. He was very helpful even when he had to "pass" my challenge onto a different rep because of the company being "sold" to someone different since I had my original order processed. I was serviced well by the new rep as well. My only concern is my challenge was replacing a glass globe and I was able to do so but was also told there were only 3 left and they were NOT going to be replaced. So, I guess, if I were to accidentally break more than the 3 I ordered, I'm out of luck.

Lamp came in good condition—such a great price—the lamp looks way more expensive than it was.

I purchased some beautiful hanging lantern lights. Unfortunately they were to big for the space and I had to return them. They were very kind and sent me a free return label. I had the money back by the end of the week. Will be looking for a different light from Bellacor

I ordered a lamp. The lamp was delivered in excellent condition (well and carefully packaged) and was a quality product-

The wait time was longer than I’d like but was delivered in the time frame that was stated.

The color looked so much darker to me then what I received…like the convenience of ordering online.

The woman I spoke with could not confirm it, but she sent an email Bellacor, explaining the situation. I received a phone call from a woman in the company and she ordered my light fixture in a matter of minutes! Both employees were extremely helpful! The fixture hasn't been installed, to date, but I know it will be perfect in my new kitchen! Thank you!

I bought this driftwood 6 pc. Nativity set for Christmas for my daughter. Got a good price and after receiving package, I opened to make sure everything was okay. Packaging was great with extra protection around the faces of all pieces. I love it and know my daughter will too. Can’t wait to give it to her. Thanks so much!
