Delivery

Delivery. Someone dropped the box off in my bushes instead of actually putting it on the gigantic front porch I have. So weird and very annoying. Also, I thought that they were supposed to deliver it "white glove" and set it up, but nope I had to get it out of the dirt.

Truly the best!

Beautiful breathtaking quality products. Amazing company with easy shopping, GREAT communication in updates, terrific packing for fragile products, and fast shipping. So very impressed.

Bellacid have a wonderful selection of quality lighting and I loved browsing on line for hours because there was so much to choose from! I ordered a few light fixtures and there no were issues at all!

Bellacor lighting is one of the best Online lighting stores I have found. They have a wide selection of quality fixtures at reasonable prices. My delivery was quick and I love my new chandelier. I would definitely recommend this company and I will continue to shop here as well.

The sconces I ordered are beautiful

The sconces I ordered are beautiful. I called to find out about returns and the sales assistant was very helpful. My package arrived in a timely manner. I did not receive a shipment notification. And I had no idea when the sconces would arrive

Fast delivery but customer service lacking

I purchased a lamp and it was great. Fast delivery. However it was missing important parts to hang it. I used their text message cust service. That didn’t get me anywhere. Then I called about the missing PCs. The gal told me to answer her email she would send me with photos of missing PCs. She would get it to manufacturer and I’d get them in a week or so. I never got acknowledgment from the gal that she received my response nor did I receive the parts.

I love these counter stools

I love these counter stools. They are a great navy color. They are very sturdy. They were easy to put together. I assembled four of them in about an hour. I definitely recommend them.

Great selection

There is a huge selection of products at all price points. By sheer luck, I scored an open box of a lamp I had just broken! The open box item was packed superbly and quick delivery. Thanks so much. I will be purchasing again in the future.
