Have had a couple of cleans now and we're really pleased with the communication, the service and the results. Turn up when they say they will and are respectful and diligent. Would recommend.

Saw the van at a neighbours after having been let down by previous window cleaner. Had a response and my windows cleaned that same day. Great communication and even send a photo if your not home. Can't fault the customer service! Thanks Matt and team

Be Kind Cleaning Services have been cleaning our windows for a few months and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The team are friendly, professional, and really careful with every detail. They made our windows sparkle and let in so much more light.

What I appreciated most was their kindness and patience; they went out of their way to cover the area where we live (this was not an area they initially covered). They made sure everything was done just right and sent photos of the windows once they had been cleaned.

Communication is excellent, we receive a message the day before they are due to arrive and can request a specific time of we want to.
Plus, their pricing was very fair for the excellent quality of work. Being able to pay online makes life so easy.

Very polite young man introduced himself and I had my windows cleaned today with this company for the first time. I'm very impressed with the results but also with the fact that they contact their clients the day before and keep us fully updated.
