j'ai pris l'abonnement pour la fifa 2026, ca marchait bien du 1er au 14/06 avec ma box. Depuis impossible de se connecter, le service client géré par canal + me dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire car mon ip est rejeté, ils me disent que c'est un problème qui touche tous les opérateurs depuis une mise à jour de leur box et que je dois me connecter en 4G et flinguer mon abonnement de 50 go pour regarder des contenus en haute définition... Je reste sans voix

I am writing to formally log a severe complaint regarding the operational negligence and substandard customer service of your subsidiary in Turkey (Digiturk).

I recently subscribed to a new Digiturk TV and Internet bundle package in Marmaris / Muğla, Turkey. The national infrastructure provider (Turk Telekom) has completely fulfilled their part by activating the physical internet port and routing the DSL signal to my router. Currently, the hardware setup is active and ready, waiting only for Digiturk’s local technical team to perform the mandatory digital signature/contract confirmation (ID PIN authentication) to open up world-wide internet access.

However, despite the physical infrastructure being 100% complete, Digiturk’s local service team has failed to provide an appointment or show up for days. Worse, it is virtually impossible to reach a human representative via Digiturk’s call center in Turkey; the automated system loops endlessly, leaving customers completely stranded without any support.

As a premium subscriber who pays for a combined beIN sports and high-speed internet service, I have been left without internet access for days solely due to Digiturk Turkey's operational laziness and lack of corporate oversight.

As global management, I urge you to investigate this local failure. I demand that you enforce your local branch in Turkey to immediately dispatch an authorized service member to my address to finalize my activation today. Otherwise, I will cancel this subscription before it even begins due to this terrible onboarding experience and voice this systemic negligence across regulatory bodies.

As a senior manager within a global corporation, witnessing such a straightforward onboarding issue remain unresolved for days has severely diminished the credibility of the beIN brand in my eyes. If this simple activation problem is not settled immediately, I will not only initiate formal complaints through national regulatory bodies and cancel my subscription before it begins, but I will also ensure to deliver a strongly negative brand reference within my corporate institution, professional network, and social circles

I just got charge for my next week's hsbc 7s game but will unsubscribe and find alternative ways to view and qith rugby pass no issues and it's free only pay for vpn

Je trouve que sur beinsports.com⁠�, les commentaires pendant les matchs de tennis ne sont pas toujours adaptés au jeu.
Les commentateurs continuent souvent de parler pendant les échanges, sans laisser le match respirer, et à force d’entendre des statistiques en permanence, cela devient franchement énervant pour les téléspectateurs.
Quand on est abonné et qu’on paie pour suivre les matchs dans de bonnes conditions, on aimerait parfois simplement profiter du jeu, de l’ambiance et de l’intensité des échanges, sans avoir un flot continu de paroles pendant chaque point. Cordialement

Chaine nul, je me suis abonné pour les playoffs de nba et il n y a pas grand match de diffuser et les replay ne sont pas a jours sur my canal.
Par contre sur YouTube il n ya pas de soucis on voit les résumés gratuitement et avant l abonné bein.
Résultat je résilie direct bande d arnaqueur !!!!

Im watching a very important match, in the middle of the match the device decided to update the software and there is no way to bypass it. Its taking so long as well its crazy.
They also make it almost impossible to unsubscribe. Auto renew is automatically on and when you want to cancel immediately after they dont refund your money.
Super unprofessional, absolutely do not recommend, i cant wait till im done with them.

Franchement très déçu des commentaires pendant le match Lens-Lyon. On a vraiment l’impression d’un parti pris pour Lyon alors que Lens mène au score. Les analyses ne sont pas objectives et les commentateurs semblent complètement passer à côté du match de Lens. Quand on regarde une rencontre, on attend un minimum de neutralité et de professionnalisme. Là, ça gâche clairement l’expérience du match.

De plus, les commentateurs sont à côté de la plaque, avec des remarques parfois incompréhensibles, comme s’ils ne connaissaient même pas les règles.
