Be Fuelcards Omdömen 

Lately, we've noticed that opting for BE fuel cards is actually costing us more than just paying directly at regular gas stations, contrary to their claims of being more economical. This has probably added up to hundreds in extra expenses for our four-vehicle fleet, which is simply not okay. After keeping an eye on the situation for a number of weeks, we finally contacted them. BE refused any form of reimbursement but did commit to lowering the prices. Nevertheless, each week their rates still exceed what we would pay at the pump. Steer clear of them!

We've observed recently that using BE fuel cards results in higher fuel costs compared to regular station prices, even though they assured us of cheaper rates. This has likely set us back by hundreds for our fleet of four vehicles. It's unacceptable.We monitored the situation for several weeks before reaching out. Although BE declined to provide any compensation, they promised to reduce prices. Despite their assurances, the weekly rates remain above the pump costs. Avoid them!

Would give 0 stars if possible. The biggest con ever. I’m now taking further which is costing me time as they take a lot of money from you when you don’t use the card that is actually more expensive than paying pump price. Avoid at all costs. They are thieves.

Avoid like the plague,they bump the price up £1.65 inc vat at the pump and there charging £1.62 plus vat on invoice,rip off merchants

Like others, we have recently noticed that the cost of fuel with BE fuel cards is higher than the pump prices, despite being promised costs lower than the pumps. Across 4 vehicles, we predict this has cost us hundreds or more. Disgraceful.

This is something that we have kept an eye on over a number of weeks before making contact. BE have refused to offer compensation but have promised to put the cost down. Regardless of this, their weekly price is STILL higher than the pump price!! - STAY CLEAR!

Total waste of time had to chase them for price and then it had gone up by almost 5p between agreeing and receiving card ,so know more than my current card. Called we will phone you back DONT CALL BACK. called again put on hold till disconnected.cancelled account.

Great service by Chris Cottey he was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to choose which fuel card to go for.

Shockingly bad company. Before i had even had a chance to use my new cards i had a large deduction from my account by their direct debit system. Have been chasing for three months and still no return of funds. Hopeless and clueless do not use
