AVOID THIS SITE. ITS A SCAM. I searched for a book by title and the bee looko site came up with a good price and free shipping. I ordered the book and got an email saying I would be notified when the book shipped. I followed up 9 days later because I hadn’t been updated. They said it was an ebook which I NEVER buy, especially for a big thick coffee table art book. They refused to refund my money despite their misleading ads and the fact that I never downloaded the book. And, of course, you can’t call and talk to anyone. It’s emai only, those cowards.

Clearly a scam. No where does it say that the books are digital. It even goes as far to ask for a SHIPPING address. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Was led to believe I would receive a hardcopy book. Never received the download.

I said I’d edit my review if I received a refund, and I did so I am. Nevertheless I still don’t see where the company discloses that a customer is purchasing a digital book, had to be a bit tenacious about a refund, wouldn’t recommend this site.

I only gave one star because I had to, in order to have the opportunity to write. This company is a scam. I ordered a book, it ended up being a digital book but that was NOT advertised. They will not issue a refund. Stay away from this site, is my advice.

I ordered what I thought was an actual book as that is what the website represented. I received a link to a download. After contacting the site for a refund I was told no. I downloaded the ebook only to find that I can barely read it as the font is so little. A book that is 480 pages is 85 on this download. Horrible false advertising.

Like so many others who have posted reviews, I was led to believe this was a physical book I was purchasing. Nowhere on the product description page did is say it was a digital book. It DID state "free shipping". I am still writing to them to insist on a refund but have not yet been given one. I have refused to download the book because I know they would be able to verify if I had and they are refusing to do so. This is a SHADY company, buyer BEWARE!!!

They did not deliver a book. Said it was only online books as many have described.

Charge was for "Seedoro". Look it up. From Google Gemini: "An unknown credit card charge from "Seedoro" is likely fraudulent, as it matches the name of an entity that global financial regulators have identified as a scam operation."

Scam, scam, scam. These are not actually hardcopy books. Digital copies on pdf. What a waste and deceptive.

If I could give a 0, I would. This sites says they sell books but after you make a purchase you get an ebook and not a hardbound book. They have a phone number you can call but it doesn't work and they will only respond by email. They will not refund your money.

I had the same experience as everyone else. However, I got a refund because I told them I would dispute the charges with my credit card company because they engaged in false and misleading advertising

Beelooko is to me a scam. They are an ebook company only and they do NOT tell you this. I purchased a book that I want in paper form and believed this was what I was getting. After contacting them they will not refund your money and the company they use to collect your payment is Clouderbook. Who’s webpage no longer exist. SCAM

My issue appears to be the same as all the other reviewers. I thought I was purchasing a physical book, because the format is not specified on their site. I did NOT realize it was only in an Ebook format until I received my "receipt". I do not have an devices to utilize an electronic or digital book. I asked for a refund, which of course they DENIED!!!

It made the advertisement seem like this was going to be an actual book instead of a digital book. And when I requested a refund, I was denied and told they didn't do refunds, even though their website said they did and that all money would be returned in two to three business days. I never got the digital book and now I'm out about ten bucks.

I ordered a book for $9.50. The email said they would send another email once my book shipped. The page where my book was listed stated, "free shipping". After two weeks I emailed the company and they informed me I bought an ebook. Nowhere, anywhere, does it say I ordered an ebook. They are unwilling to refund me. I do consider this website a scam.

I bought a "book" from here waited and waited for the "shipping" only to be told I bought an E-book. I NEVER bought an E-book. I have NEVER bought an E-book from anywhere. They would NOT refund my money even though I never downloaded the book.

Scam. You are not receiving a book, but a download. Company is also NOT located in the US, but in
Lithuania. Company charging is called Kajus Sales.

Ordered a book and the receipt email said that I would get an email upon shipping. When I emailed to find out where the book was they said that it was an ebook. No where did it say it was an ebook. No refund.
