My Beelink SER8 8745HS Mini PC Purchase Experience
I am very happy with my overall purchase experience. I recently bought the **Beelink SER8 8745HS**, and I must say both the product and the customer service have exceeded my expectations.
First, I want to commend **Beelink's excellent customer service**. Their order processing was smooth, and the delivery time was impressively quick. Throughout the process, the Beelink team was responsive and helpful, which gave me a lot of confidence in buying directly from them.
The mini PC itself has been performing exceptionally well. It is meeting — and in some areas, exceeding — all my expectations in terms of speed, responsiveness, and reliability. The build quality is impressive, and the unit operates **completely silently**, which is a huge plus for me.
When I initially researched mini PCs, I compared Beelink with a few other brands. One of my initial concerns was that the Beelink listings did not clearly mention whether **Windows 11** was included, and I also noticed a few customer reviews mentioning potential Wi-Fi issues. Based on these concerns, I first decided to try a **GMKTec** mini PC. However, I was disappointed — the GMKTec unit was **extremely noisy** and had other performance issues, so I returned it.
I then decided to proceed with Beelink — and to my pleasant surprise, the SER8 came with **Windows 11 pre-installed and properly activated** with a genuine license tied to the hardware. This was a fantastic bonus that added a lot of value to the purchase.
Regarding Wi-Fi performance: despite reading about issues from some users, I personally have faced **no Wi-Fi problems at all**. In fact, I consistently get **over 900 Mbps** on my Wi-Fi connection, even when I am on the first floor while the router is on the ground floor — truly excellent wireless performance.
When it came to buying options, I found a **significant price difference** between Amazon and buying directly from Beelink. Purchasing directly from Beelink saved me **almost £100** compared to Amazon. Additionally, Amazon did not offer the 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD configuration I wanted — they only had a 24GB/1TB version available.
Before purchasing, I contacted Beelink customer service to ask about potential taxes or customs duties when ordering directly. Their response was clear and helpful — they confirmed that they had stock in the UK and assured me that if I provided my order number, they would ship from within the UK to avoid any additional taxes or import charges. They kept their promise, and I received my mini PC within a few days.
In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to purchase the Beelink SER8 8745HS. The product quality, performance, customer service, and value for money have all been excellent. I would highly recommend Beelink to anyone looking for a high-quality mini PC at a competitive price.

I have read bad feedbacks about BeeLink and checked with their customer service about the tax/custom clearance.
Tina replied to me same day and suggested models available in our local UK warehouse to avoid extra charges. I have paid the order on website and sent order number to her. In 3 days i've got the package.
Dont know how it works yet but the quality of packaging and product are amazing, you can easily mix it up with Apple (which is made in same chinese city, by coincidence of course :)))
i am very glad so far because price is relatively low.

Ho comprato mini PC Beelink GTR5 GR9 Dual 2.5GbE AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX , dopo 1 anno e mezzo di utilizzo leggero si è danneggiata la scheda madre, (portato da un riparartore nella mia regione come consigliato dalla assistenza Bee-link per non spedirlo a loro..e qua pensavo ancora bene)
chiedo all'assistenza Bee-link di procurarmene una , ma mi rispondono che non ne vendono, che devo a mie spese spedire il pc in Cina e pagare le riparazioni e la sostituzione della scheda madre senza neanche darmi un prezzo. Perchè non vendono i ricambi?!? un prodotto di questo prezzo..difettoso..poi leggendo tutte le recensioni ..chi si fida a mandargli il pc da riparare...Soldi buttati!! Occhio!
Terrible customer service
Bought a Series 5 Ryzen mini pc and within a week it started to randomly (without warning) reboot, sometimes 3-4 times a day. Contacted company and they wanted me to return the product to them at my expense (was still under warranty). Offered no tech support but sent me a link to a forum, where apparently this is a know issues within this range and the bios. No fix available, so why sell faulty products in the first place.
Bee-Link is trying to scam me refusing refund
Most shady company I ever dealt with sadly. They are trying to scam me for 400$ when I had to refund a mini PC and unfortunately bought a SER9 from them instead.
2 1/2 weeks later after I sent them the PC back they come to me and tell me that their logistics partner in Germany where I had to send back the machine to told them the package was empty. The DHL tracking shows that my package was received by them over 2 weeks before that.
They also told me before that I shouldn’t be contacting their logistics partner in Germany, else he might get angry. Whatever that means. Never heard of something like this before either.
The whole thing is ridiculous. I have an Amazon business and shipped 10s of thousands of packages and never had this happen even once with DHL in Germany.
Now while I’m on vacation in Thailand they are still ignoring most of what I say and keep responding with generic mails with the same pointless stuff as if it was my responsibility to take care of this. refusing to give me my refund. After I told them 4 times the package was not empty.
Please under no circumstance - DO NOT BUY from this shady company. I will try to get my money back from me credit card company and report them to the consumer protection in Germany.

issues with the chip-set and Microsoft incompatibility issues especially after MS updates. After one year of Bee-link support they refused to take the mini-pc back for exchange for credit. Questionable off-shore company refusing to stand behind their devices after the one year warranty has expired. (including open issues over lapping the one year window.

BEELINK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
UPDATE 12/19/2024. After Beelink told us to perform (4) tests per unit ( 4 tests x 6 units ) to see if these fix the problems vs. issuing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the (6) defective units (@ $300 in IT man hours).....Beelink has the audacity to request that the Customer (me) mail back to (6) defective units to their facility (no RMA) at my expense. We have just LOST over $1,620 in expenses to Beelink + $300 in IT man hours = $1,920 total. AND they want us to send back the DEFECTIVE units at our cost. THAT'S A JOKE!
This is NOT a company that anyone should do business with. No one should buy from Beelink because of this interaction and BAD customer service. We will NEVER buy from Beelink again. BUYER BE WARE!!!
We will also be filing a USA BBB. Beelink is a CHINA Company (MONOMARK HOUSE 27 OLD GLOUCESTER STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND WC1N 3AX) and everyone should be CAREFUL. Their customer service does NOT care about the customer and defective products. They only care about profits and how much they can get from the US Clients for their defective products. I have seen numerous complaints on REDDIT, Trustpilot, TomsHardware, etc. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and buy from a USA Manufacturer or a more trusted brand.
BEELINK EQ13 Mini PC Intel N200, 16GB, DDR4, 500G is defective. We bought (6) of these units, and they all have FAILED. We paid $270 apiece for each one. $270 x 6 = $1,620 total. HDMI ports are not responsive. Blue screen of death. Periodic shutdowns. Running HOT. Our IT Department has spent countless hours trying to keep these units running for our office, and we cannot afford to continue with these specific units. These (6) units are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. We are looking into other manufacturers to replace these units. We will be filing a BBB Complaint against Beelink. We have a solution to the replacement these (6) defective units, with higher quality units or a full refund, and hope that Beelink reach out to us to resolve this issue.
The products don't last
The products last as long as the warranty. My SER 5 PRO stopped working suddenly for no reason (dead motherboard), after 1 year and 3 months of light use... I don't
recommend this brand.

I purchased a mini PC through Bee-link’s storefront on Aliexpress. It took just over a week to arrive from China. My post sale queries were handled quickly & courteously, including the replacement of a failed AC power adapter. I’m also extremely pleased with the mini PC i.e. build quality and value for money.

Please note, this site does not indicate the country of dispatch anywhere and you find yourself having to pay customs fees which they refuse to reimburse you even though their CGV does not indicate anything concerning delivery and any additional costs. . So these are hidden extra charges. The support shows bad faith and refuses to reimburse.

They sell products out of stock on their website, then they ask you for more money for an upgrade, after 2 weeks they tell you that the upgrade they gave you is out of stock. They wouldn't refund. Thank god I've paid with Paypal. NEVER AGAIN

I bought GT-KING Android TV BOX and I flashed custom ROM, because I do not like regular theme of Beelink. After I flashed suitable updated ROM, device started to freeze randomly and reboot itself. I wanted to turn back to original stock firmware, but guess what? You can not download stock firmware anywhere. Even official links are dead. Their email support is another joke. So, go and buy some cheap alternative, and save your money.
