Bad experience

Bad experience, wanted to have added color to my powder brows, but when I arrived, they said that the treatment (at this same salon) was performed wrong (too deep), and that I have to have this removed with laser. They charged 3000,-kr for the 2 min removal and after the treatment said that a new removal with a new 3000,-kr charge was needed. No consideration that the error was done by same company! After I wrote them email asking for explanation, I got a generic reply and after that they stopped totally to communicate. Never again! Not an honest company.

The reply below is not correct. I was informed that an error (too deep incisions) has been made in the last treatment at same beautyshape salon, but no discount or other corrective measures were offered, the only option offered was to remove the wrong pigment by laser, which I was supposed to pay for. After the removal and payment, another treatment was announced as necessary for another 3000,kr. Indeed bad experience. Meissner

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

During your consultation we explained that if you would like to remove the old PMU, which was done approximately 3.5 years ago, the appropriate procedure is laser removal before performing any new treatment. The price for PMU removal is 3000 CZK per session. This price is clearly indicated on our website (https://beautyshape.cz/en/permanent-makeup/microblading-removal) and is also displayed at the reception in our salon.

Laser removal is typically performed in several sessions depending on the depth, saturation, and age of the pigment, which is why a single short procedure may not be sufficient for complete removal.

Nevertheless, we have been in communication with you regarding this matter and have responded to your inquiry. We always aim to provide safe procedures and transparent information to all our clients.

Came over from Northern Ireland to this beautiful clinic. The clinic itself is beautiful the staff are extremely nice the doctor explained everything to me and reassured me when I was getting a little nervous an Absolute hidden gem I cant praise them enough thank you for taking care of me lynne

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mnohem víc než jen kosmetický salon. Personál na recepci byl přátelský, dochvilný a profesionální už od prvního telefonátu. Cílená konzultace vedla k vynikajícím výsledkům pro mou pleť! Paní Světlana mi proměnila obličej, zanechala ho bezchybný, hydratovaný, neuvěřitelně jemný na dotek a bez nedokonalostí! Moje matka byla ošetřena paní Irinou; ošetření probíhalo v maximálním pohodlí, v naprosté relaxaci v salonu, s postupnými kroky věnovanými zralejší pleti. Úžasný omlazující efekt! Plnější, uvolněnější pleť, vyhlazenější vrásky a tolik zářivosti! Na podzim se určitě vrátíme! Tuto kliniku vřele doporučuji pro synergii cílených ošetření s vynikajícími výsledky!

Terrible experience overall

Terrible experience overall! They forgot about my appointment and they made me wait for 30 mins. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen, as I wanted to ask how much longer I needed to wait. I have booked a hair cut and hair coloring, they completely forgot about the hair coloring. As she was drying my hair, she kept on stopping so she can talk to her colleague. Right at the end, when she finally managed to cut and dry my hair (the coloring never happened), the receptionist remembered to come and ask if I wanted coffee or something. I would never go back there again.

Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Hello.
I'm from Denmark and was travelling to Prague 2 weeks ago. Me and my mom was looking for a place to get our nails done, and I found a beauty treatment shop called BeautyShape.
AND THEY ARE AMAZING!

We are more than happy about EVERYTHING. The receptionist was super sweet and spoke good English. They were so welcoming when we came in, and the nails themselves are so beautiful and perfectly made! My mom had them made 1,5 week ago, and they are still like perfectly new! Not even outgrown the slightest!
This is gonna be "our" beauty treatment shop from now on! Will definitely come back next year, and gladly recommend anyone who needs any beauty treatment to go there. The best experience, even better than we could hope for. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Out nail technician was Yuliana Vikki, and was so sweet and spoke good English. She was very kind, and have done an amazing job with our nails!
