Honestly thank you! My daughter is 6years old and experienced her first death of a very close family friend and hasn’t coped at all, I had a video of jk singing to her on her birthday, before I purchased the teddy bear they asked for the video to see if it worked which I think was really lovely of them to do this! I received it today and it’s so beautiful, the koala is so soft, the voice is so clear too! Highly recommend and such fast delivery too! Thank you so much!! 😊

I was kept informed every step of the way. Very happy with communication. Also the speed of which my order was completed and dispached, was excellent. The only thing i would perhaps ask is that a note from the sender to the recipient be included, just so they know who sent it.

This is the only place I will ever get my teddies from. All super soft and the packaging? Wow! The attention to detail is beautiful. I ordered a cuddly fox and he arrived in an orange gift bag with a big orange bow and a beautiful happy birthday card. The value for money is incredible. I recommend this company to everyone!

The choices offered in making the koala were varied and helped to make the gift unique.
Your communication and that of Royal Mail helped me to know exactly where the delivery process was up to. The git was delivered in a very short time and is already loved and treasured by the recipient. If I could have seen an image of what my koala would have looked like with the colours of clothes embroidery and ribbon I chose, on-line, I would have been more confident of the final look. But once delivered I was more than delighted in its look and beautiful presentation.

Its not often that you buy something and on delivery, you are delighted because its beyond your expectations. I purchased two bears, one with "Little Brother xxx" on the hoody for a new baby grandson and the other with "Big Sister xxx" on the hoody, for my grandaughter. The arrived 2 days later and are beautiful. The bears are exactly as promised, however they arrived beautifully wrapped and I'm delighted - as indeed is my grandaughter; my baby grandson will, I am sure, love his when he is big enough!

I discovered Bears4U whilst looking for a gift for a bereaved friend. I found the perfect bear. Unfortunately, he was out of stock. I didn't receive their email informing me of this and they were having problems with their landline on the day I tried to call. However, I received an immediate lovely reply to my email and I agreed to purchase the same bear in a slightly smaller size. I was promised that I would not be disappointed. I wasn't.The gorgeous bear arrived next day, beautifully packaged. My friend adores him. Excellent customer service. I will be happy to buy from this Company in future. The option to use Paypal would be appreciated.
