Beany Omdömen 4

Been with Beany for four years, have had four different accountants and price keeps rising. Been asked several times to complete surveys as I’m their ‘ideal client’, and invited to be a founding member of their ‘Fork in the Road club’, something apparently invite only and not being offered widely. My point being, if they keep losing accountants on their ‘ideal’ accounts I’d hate to see what it’s like on those that aren’t ‘ideal’ (I think I’m mostly ideal as I don’t send in any additional requests throughout the year). If you don’t mind working with someone new every time year end comes around go for it, otherwise I’d go elsewhere

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the experience I've had with Beany deserves all five stars and more. I stumbled across them a few weeks ago looking for a simple, reliable solution to the stress of reporting and accounting, and they delivered far beyond what I expected.

Well I was a bit surprised when I discovered I was paying Beany two monthly payments not one. When I questioned this their answer was “Yes, you are correct in saying you are paying Beany for 2 fees.”

When questioned they stopped my second payment. I had overpaid them so I asked for a refund but I was told “If you choose to discontinue our services, we will proceed according to our terms and conditions. This includes archiving your account and retaining any funds paid to us.” I was also quite surprised about that.

So in conclusion:
I was surprised I was over charged, surprised at the lack of customer service and when I questioned all this i was quite surprised they removed me as their customer and kept my money. I was also surprised that their fees increased every single year without fail.

Don’t use Beany as your accountants.
