I decided to make name bracelets for party bags and went on the website to order. In hindsight wished I'd have rung up as my order was wrong. A second try over the phone still resulted in the wrong things but a third call rectified it and I wasn't charged P&P that time. However I was offered a refund on returned items which I haven't received yet. Always ring up and follow up any promises made!

I'm sorry the items you originally ordered were unsuitable, it's so frustrating when you think you can tick something off your list then have to go back to the drawing board!
I've just checked and your refund was actually processed on the day we received your returns, 9th August. We refunded £6.85 to the PayPal account of Jeremy Williams, which is the account your original order was paid through. He should have received notification from PayPal, apologies if this was not the case.

If the item is in stock then its always a first class buying experience
No doubt its because certain items are so popular but I do find that quite a few of the items that I require are out of stock, usually not for long but still quite frustrating having to source elsewhere. Must say however that your products are of a much better quality than those I have to purchase elsewhere which makes 'out of stock' even more frustrating. Otherwise as I said above, a first class service.

Good Quick Service for quality products
I ordered my choice of jewellry stones and finings with no problems. My order was deliverd within a few days and everything was as depicted in the website.

Beads Unlimited are fantastic!! Great choices, reasonable prices, & best of all, the fastest delivery ever!! The lucky dip bags are amazing!! I actually get excited when they come to see what brilliant beads i get!! I use a few suppliers for my jewellery, but recommend Beads Unlimited 1st :o)

Quick device excellent beads.
I recently bought findings and beads from Beads Unlimited and found them to be an excellent friendly company with a good clear website and my order was with me really quickly, which is what you need when you get the urge to bead. Lots of my Christmas presents are now ready , necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Thank you!

definitely 5 stars for beads unlimited....
I have been a customer of beads unlimited for about 15 years and they have never let me down...very rarely have they been out of stock of a particular bead/finding and delivery is always prompt...also very competitive prices...what more do we the customer ask for :)

best for bead, charms and service
I have liked all the products I have bought from Beads Unlimited . They have exceeded my expectations. I am charmed by the charms and want them all. The service is prompt and delivery is speedy. If you need any help the website has really useful question and answers section.

As easy as 1...2...3!
The site was easy to use, the products exactly as shown. The delivery was impressive, what more can you ask for? I'll definitely use again. If I had to pick one thing I'd change it would be the availability of larger pack sizes especially on findings but that's about all. A return visit is definitely on the cards!.

Fast, efficient service and the perfect product.
Beads Unlimited was recommended by a friend. They had a lot of choice of beads all sensibly priced. The order was placed on the Friday night and the product delivered on Tuesday. Couldn't ask for anything more!
