Beach Cafe Omdömen

Speedy service, great communication upon purchase, total ignorance after. Had to raise dispute with bank.

Edit: in reply to your response, you most certainly do have a chargeback as you failed to action the refund process and/or respond to my emails. All evidence of transaction, returns, and unanswered contact has been documented and used as evidence when raising the chargeback.

great products and confidence they will arrive promptly and great quality

Fabulous range, and my ecommerce order arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Will definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, I had a faulty order so I messaged them I got a rely very quickly I was offered a discount on the item or return. I returned it and was given a first time order cope straight away. Can’t fault them 😊

Prestige brands and first class service.
Always a go to for swimwear and resort wear 😎

Great clothes, thanks

My order was dispatched quickly and arrived in a couple of days. I ordered a beautiful dress and easy to choose my fit with such detailed size guidelines

Not ordered for a long time, but my 2nd online order from Beach Cafe. Great online communication answering my questions about sizing and fabric of gorgeous Danni dress. Chose next day delivery and it arrived as booked, beautifully box packaged. I loved it, but sadly size M/L was too small for size 18, buttons down front did not even meet up so it was tight across the bust and also hips. Immediately repackaged and return booked, posting today. Hope the refund is as swift as the purchase as it’s a lot to spend and wait for. Sadly ended up wearing a dress I already had for garden party function. I will know next time to search for L/XL if available, lovely company and product styling though, I’d of kept had it fitted!

Really happy with my purchase and it arrived so quickly. Very happy and satisfied customer 😊

Great produce, fast delivery and responsive customer service

One of my favourite things to do at the start of Spring is go onto the Beach Cafe website and order my summer holiday wardrobe. Great choice of designers and swift delivery. Recommend!

Excellent customer service and a beautiful outfit. I can’t thank Tia enough for expediting my order so I received in time for my break. Excellent communication. I don’t normally write reviews but blown away by the service ( and the outfit) thank you Tia and beach cafe

I had such a positive experience with Beach Cafe that I felt it was worth sharing, particularly to recognise Tia.

When I initially received the wrong item for my order, it was disappointing, especially as I had already paid import taxes to Ireland and was hoping to wear the dress for an upcoming holiday. As this was my first order with Beach Cafe, I was inclined to return it and purchase elsewhere from a larger site where I’ve previously bought Juliet Dunn dresses.

However, what happened next completely changed my perspective.

I contacted the team early in the morning (at 8am, so before working hours) and received a reply within just over an hour. Tia immediately offered an exchange, and from that point onward handled everything seamlessly and completely transformed my experience.

She arranged a seamless return via FedEx and proactively refunded the customs charges without any inconvenience. Her communication was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive throughout.

The return was received on Friday, and within just a few hours Tia had already sent me the new tracking number and the correct item was in the post. I then received the replacement dress this morning (Monday). Considering the need to handle customs and duties, the turnaround was exceptionally quick and seamless.

Mistakes can happen, but it is how they are handled that defines a brand, and Beach Cafe handled this impeccably. I felt genuinely valued as a customer, and the entire process was managed with efficiency and care.

Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to order again and would highly recommend Beach Cafe to others.

My sincere thanks again to Tia and all the team.

Great experience and service! Love this shop!
