Had 2 msg telling me to expect delivery one on sat one today tue 3/1/23 and nothing another msg saying same as sat in expected delay what is going on I’m taking time off to get parcel at said time then when hour over dur some bs excusr

Your order was placed on the 27/12/2022 which is a bank holiday, we are non-operational over the weekend and bank holidays.

As this is the case your parcel was processed and dispatched on the next working day which was the 28/12/2022 on a 3-5 working day service. This means your parcel is due to arrive on or before Thursday the 5th of January.

I have checked your tracking and am pleased to confirm your parcel has been confirmed at the depot and is due to go out for delivery today.
