Great service

Great service, Driver was in contact through WhatsApp with me the day before our arrival to Kansai Osaka airport and again on our arrival. Clean car , driver friendly and helpful with our luggage. Used Translation app to communicate successfully with us. Safe driver

Commendation for our driver 王传明

Our driver, 王传明, who took us from our hotel to the airport is very helpful, nice and punctual. He was a safe driver and supported the needs of my family very well.

The booking of this airport transfer through Klook was fast and relatively easy. Thank you

We had 2 poor experiences on the same…

We had 2 poor experiences on the same trip with them.
Transfer from airport to hotel-the driver did not arrive -i had to phone around and eventually 1 hour later driver was found outside by chance and NOT inside at arrivals as planned by them.
2nd poor experience was a transfer from hotel to Port for cruise departure -tried unsuccessfully for 3 days to arrange time of pick up.when driver eventually made contact with us the night before would not accept our time and insisted we spend the 6 hours at the port instead of dropping us off with a reasonable 1-3 hours wait.Since they already had my prepaid (mistake) money we had no option other than taking our own taxi to the port. time of departure for us was scheduled for 4 pm and they wanted to drop us off before 9 am ?!?!
I think the driver was attempting to get extra money from us (my impression)

Irresponsible company, do not recommend

I made a booking via Klook and cancelled it before confirmation. The company knew of the cancellation 24 hours prior to the event date since I emailed them, but their internal communications were a mess. Staff responsible for the email did not inform staff responsible for whatsapp. The staff did not inform the driver of the cancellation and I had to tell the driver separately not to come. In the end, BB trip refused to refund even though I have provided all the records of the conversations. It was extremely irresponsible.

Smooth airport transfer

Booked with BB trip multiple times it was always a good experience. Today my driver was Mr Wang, he helped out with my heavy luggage and was courteous throughout the trip. I would definitely use BB trip again on my next Japan trip.

Proffesional service

I have never taken such a comfortable vehicle, and driver is also friendly and helpful. He also introuduced some local cafes to me which is cheap and delicious

Very bad experience

Without prior explanation, the driver chose to take the non-toll surface roads, resulting in a delay of over thirty minutes due to heavy traffic. The air conditioning was not working well, and the car felt stuffy.

Best service ever

Best service ever. Customer Support contact me days before and remind me with the Broader Restriction of Japan due to COVID-19 and suggestion of the Custom Clearance time. Driver was very friendly and gentle with my luggage. Highly recommended.
