Excellent all round
Jacqui was thoughtful, sympathetic and honest in her approach. Having been a long time wearer of
NHS hearing aids I was reluctant to try anything different due to the cost but these are 1000 times better than anything you'll get from the NHS.
Jacqui took time to listen to any concerns I had, wasn't too pushy (in fact the polar opposite) and was only concerned with finding the product that would help me function more in society due to my severe hearing loss.

A very thorough,unhurried set of eye tests. The optometrist explained everything very clearly and in detail. Her approach was professional and helpful, but at the same time was friendly and pleasant. I cannot speak too highly of the treatment I received.
