This was my first appointment at this opticians. It was easy to book the appointment. The eye examination was very good, the optician explained everything very thoroughly.

Great experience!
I had a very pleasant time at Bayfields having my hearing test. I was very well looked after by Christina. Everything was relaxed and professional and I never felt rushed. It's great to know what's what with my hearing and I have recommendations and information for how to optimise my hearing going forward.

I feel they are knollegable and professional and price worked out quite well aided to voucher as I am currently on universal credit
My nicked appointment was on time and conducted well they went through my medical hearty and took in to consideration glaucoma in my left eye this was previously pointed out on a previous ovation over a year ago and I have received treatment and under Moorfields on going regular monitoring and treatment after my test I choose some new glasses and new lenses are being made and fitted for new year return appointment for pick up amd fitting.
