Beware of the eye test journey
Beware of the eye test journey. After the eye test the senior practitioner assumes that you want to purchase new glasses. He doesn’t ask just subtly pressures and guides you to what ends up as VERY expensive glasses. He doesn’t discuss price or whether you want time to consider your purchase. It leaves you a little abused and feeling that you have been fleeced.

Went for my 4 week follow-up check after my lens cleaning from a secondary cataract and everything went smoothly as possible. Sara always explains everything fully and leaves you feeling confident.
