Care and attention to detail
I did feel that there was tremendous attention to detail and there was no desire to sell me anything unless it was spot on - they even said no to a few of my suggestions.

I would have appreciated a slightly different environment, simply because I could hear the ‘going's on’ at reception - a mild distraction.

A good opticians
I have been going to this opticians for many years and also since it became part of Bayfields. The staff are all lovely. They have provided me with many pairs of new spectacles and dealt with any issues satisfactorily over the years. The eye test is very detailed and I also have extras like photographs of my eyes if I wish.
