Recommend Bayfields Optitions Loughton Essex 100%
Went to my appointment feeling quite anxious, I have had ongoing problems with my sight and was concerned of an issue that I had but now seems to have resolved was causing the sight problem.
After another scan, and eye test my sight concerns was answered, and the eye sight problem I am experiencing can be resolved with cataract removal.
Although this is still my eyesight and an operation, it is a far better outcome for me than what I feared, I was concerned I was going to loose my sight due to the other problem I had.
Everything was explained very well, all my questions were answered, introduced me to the monthly subscription for £12 per month which will save me a lot with the amount of eye tests and scans I have to have regularly at the moment.
So BIG thank you to all at Bayfields from a very happy customer.

I thoroughly recommend Bayfields (my branch is in Loughton). The staff are superb - and I've had glasses and hearing aids very recently. The audiologist (Isabel) is fantastic - both in her patience, knowledge and guidance. I was nervous about going down the hearing-aid route - but this has been expertly handled and with great post-buy customer service. A gem of a place.
