The OCT eye scan was great and Laura…
The OCT eye scan was great and Laura was excellent.
However, your system had incorrect GP details resulting in you writing to the wrong practice.
When I rang to advise you of this I was told it must have been me who gave that information originally. That’s nonsense.
Easier for you to accept responsibility and apologise then we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Didn’t want to help at all after my mum had been using them since the opticians first opened! She is now 89 in a care home and I needed some information to help her. Always told my mum they were overpriced but she continued to use them, now they won’t help her !

Revised contact lense check
The optician Laura carried out a very thorough review/check on the revised contact lenses. She incorporated a minor tweek to the spec of one of the lenses before placing the order.

My wife had her annual check and also…
My wife had her annual check and also discussed a current eye problem. This was treated and follow up arranged. As the condition has worsened she has been referred to the eye clinic in 2 days time so very prompt efficient service
