I am expressing my serious concern regarding the declining quality of the Bausch + Lomb I-Connect contact lenses I have been purchasing through Lenskart.

I have been a frequent user of these lenses for over three years. However, I have noticed that the quality has degraded significantly over time. Specifically, the lenses are frequently tearing or cutting at the edges after only ten days of use.

While I understand that this is a budget-friendly option, the quality of a product that interacts with such a precious organ as the eye should never be compromised. It feels as though the quality is being sacrificed, which is unacceptable given the health risks involved.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into the manufacturing or quality control standards of the lenses currently being sold. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these quality issues.

Contact lenses so bad, I had to come here to complain. Sitting here with my eyes streaming from them. Impossible to put in. Fuming. They're called Bausch & Lomb but this is for sure not a German company or German quality. Lifelong contact lense wearer and these are the worst I have ever tried by far.

I have been using contacts for 30 years and I cannot put their lenses in my eyes, they fold up, they do not stick to the eyeball, they are really weird.i bought 50 pounds worth for a long holiday because they were reduced, ended throwing the lot away, absolute garbage product

Lenzen gaan niet in en blijven niet goed zitten

Hey folks lets talk about what a cheap and rotten company these people are. Spent almost $500 in contacts (1 year supply). $60 rebate. I get my rebate card only to have $55 on it. I email them and they have the nerve to tell me as of 1-1-26 they charge $5 for physical cards. I put in for the rebate early December 2025.
They wont give me the 5 dollars back that they basically stole from me. Next time do NOT buy Bausch and Lomb Contacts. If the company will offer this level of customer service imagine what they would do if there was a actual problem with their product.

I have worn contact lenses for 40 years including Bauch & Lomb. Decided to try them after wearing Acuvue for 7 years. They are absolutely the worst lenses for putting in, folding up on year and wandering off into the corner of my eye. Will be going back to Acuvue asap

Cannot open the Lumify bottle. Company will reimburse me with a check which is inconvenient as it requires a trip to the bank for me.
I would think anyone with arthritis in their hands would find it a real challenge to open this bottle.

Contact solution literally burns your eyes

Please explain to me on your coolies preferences page how you force us to not turn off the door called necessary coolies from companies like Salesforce Microsoft , akamie, and a dozen others?? You don't make enough money??? These are not necessary cookies you sell our information to them !!!!!!

Visco tears i pipetter. Pipetterne er lavet i så tyk plastik, at ikke engang min mand kunne trykke en dråbe gel ud af dem. De 30 pipetter i en pakke kostede 150 kr på apoteket.

Sinds ik dit gebruik ipv vloeistof van de drogisterij ketens heb ik vrijwel geen last meer van eiwitten op mn lenzen. En dat terwijl ik bang was dat ik mn dure lenzen al weer moest vervangen

A couple of years ago, I started switching to all cruelty-free products, but since I have an astigmatism in my right eye, it seemed I was stuck with Bausch & Lomb. The only cruelty-free contact lens company is Daysoft, and they don't make contacts for astigmatism.

But then it occurred to me - what if I just got a regular contact lens for my right eye? What effect would that have? As it turns out, none. There's no noticeable difference in my vision or in the comfort.

Plus, with my B & L, I wore the same contacts for a month, taking them out and cleaning them every night. No more! Now I just throw my contacts away at night and pop in a new pair the next morning. It's much easier, I don't need to buy cases and solution anymore (plus carry them when I travel), and I've got to believe it's healthier for my eyes.

The contacts are super-affordable, really well packaged, and all-around awesome.

Bausch & Lomb needs to get with the program regarding eliminating ALL animal testing.

As everyone else has said “hence 1.6 on a trusted review site” They have terrible customer service considering they sell such expensive contact lenses. They should be CLOSED DOWN.

Ich habe Monatslinsen "Ultra with moisture Seal" von "Bausch & Lomb"gekauft und bin sehr enttäuscht. Schon nach einer Woche wurden sie extrem trocken und verursachten unangenehmes Brennen in den Augen. Ich habe eine neue Linse eingesetzt und bin an einem windigen Tag mit dem Fahrrad gefahren – trotz Schutzbrille sind die Linsen erneut innerhalb kürzester Zeit völlig ausgetrocknet. Es war so schmerzhaft, dass ich sie sofort entfernen und wegwerfen musste. Für sogenannte „Monatslinsen“ ist das absolut inakzeptabel! Ich werde dieses Produkt nie wieder kaufen und kann es niemandem empfehlen.

Les lentilles ne sont pas confortables. DIFFICILE à placer, et elles se déchirent, mauvais qualité. Je ne conseille pas cette marque.

Pessima esperienza nello store on line, ordine mai arrivato nonostante accordi telefonici successivi (l'unica volta in cui il servizio clienti si è fatto sentire), né ho rivisto i miei soldi...pessimi

While I think they make great contacts, I have a problem with the rebate. Last year they kept giving me different reasons for not giving me the rebate until I gave up. This year their first claim is the picture I submitted is blurry, but everything is clear as day if I zoom in. The entire rebate program feels like a scam and I will switch brands next year.

Ma soprattutto SANGUISUGE senza vergogna che approfittano dei problemi altrui e succhiano senza pietà anche da categorie, gli anziani, che potrebbero avere difficoltà!
CI VUOLE TANTO a RIDURRE le quantità al necessario oppure vi devo suggerire IO che con le MONO DOSE forse guadagnereste la stessa cifra senza sembrare VAMPIRI?

Après un signalement en ligne, l'explication des complications dues à leur Cérulyse. Il est dit en première réponse (mais pas de l'email direct là pas de réponse) - qu'ils ne voient pas le lien des effets avec leur produit donc pas de remboursement.

Mais on me propose de réexpliquer encore tout mon mal afin qu'ils contacte mon médecin qui m'a enlevé le bouchon qui s'était bien étalé et gêné le tympan.

En fait je n'avais qu'un léger bouchon que j'ignorais aux deux oreilles. J'allais consulter à cause des acouphènes. Le médecin m'a conseillé de mettre un produit, je déteste le liquide dans l'oreille ayant déjà testé il y a une belle lurette.
Je me suis renseigné, des goûtes existent et ça semble moins violent.

Leur produit n'explique pas comment on l'utilise ni son utilité. En fait il s'agit de dissoudre la cérumen.
Mais non.

En fait ce produit agressif qui crame le duvet de la cavité, et agresse le tympan (donc il claque la nuit, des Plop qui réveille (comme un mini pétard) ou bien ça semble bouger (au moindre stress ou si je me mouche) et le plus dur la surdité immédiate si l'air ne passe plus (oreiller) ) je voulais aller aux urgences mais je suis tout seul et étant autiste et TDAH il m'est difficile de prendre une décision ferme.
Le médecin me l'a dit que c'était juste pour ramollir.
Il a galéré à piquer 10 fois plutôt qu'une dans chaque oreille.

Puis du soir même, encore la surdité (pourtant le dépôt enlevé). Il a fallu que mon tympan se renouvelle après l'agression. Mais il tape et tape nuit et jour.
Pas en continu mais de quoi me stresser.

En gros c'est dans ma tête.
Ni même à la pharmacie on ne m'a expliqué ni accepté de me rembourser. Le produit crée des lésions (et beaucoup d'anxiété - je me frappais la tête proche du suicide).

Pas de geste commercial de chez les Bausch.
Ni de la pharmacie.
Le produit ne sert à rien, il crée des problèmes.
C'est encore plus difficile à vivre que ce que je viens de citer en tant que TSA.

Leur produit est merveilleux cela n'est pas leur responsabilité. Voilà.
